@AprilDavisPI those I'm actually keeping out of stock until September or so. They melt so fast! I had them in shade in 75 degree weather at the market and they completely melted! 😢 I can't imagine shipping them even with an ice pack! But I will do them again when it gets cooler out 🙃

also when I was selling at the flea market a guy and his wife sold pork rines They bought in bulk and they made different flavors They did very well but the state of florida required them to take a food prep course and they had to display there food certificate at there booth Just make sure your state has certain rules when you sell prepaired food Keep the videos comming
I was going to say the same thing, you need to screen that area in, if it is sorry, insects will be drawn to the food and stick in sugar. 12:16 You are selling to different states some require you to have a permit and they come and inspect your “kitchen”. Not being a troll, I would just hate to see you get fined. Good luck and congratulations.

From what I have seen with those is the smell is the most important to attract people. So roasting gets them looking to see what smells so great.
