True empathetic and thought leadership, who made a difference in the lives of so many and yet did not feel the need to harp about it. Who did business not only for profits but for the betterment of humankind! If only other industrialists could also have such empathetic way of doing business.

He'll always be the ratan of our hearts. ❤ Even though the majority of us never had the opportunity to meet him directly, we can understand how very difficult it must be for someone raised in affluence to develop into someone who is so sensitive to the needs of the Indian populace. The loss is really personal. Wherever he is, all I can hope is that he is at peace.
