Thank you so much for this! I truly thought I was prepared last go round, but I skipped certain things, like belly binding and tried to do too much too soon, so I’m trying to be more gentle with myself this go round. Due in 6 weeks!
This is video is so helpful. Thank you! So interested in your belly binding technique! I’m pregnant with my first baby and due in June 2024. I have been following your IG page for my entire 7 months of pregnancy. I appreciate the energy you bring. Even from afar your energy through your videos help relax me and feel comforted! 💐✨
What are your thoughts on undies with hip and belly compression? I am planning on belly binding with my cloth baby carrier and investing in Knix postpartum undies as an alternative to pads and diapers for the first six weeks. Do you have experience with these? Do you think they’d offer enough hip support snd be another beneficial option?
