To run E85 requires upgrading the fuel system due to the greater amount of fuel E85 requires to be used. Depending on the turbo size this can range from upgrading just the injectors and in-tank fuel pump (for a stock turbo) to a $2,000+ fuel system consisting of huge injectors, multiple fuel pumps, upgraded fuel rails, ect (for a large turbo). It is best to contact your tuner when determining the necessary fuel system upgrades for your build.
@@Phantum_03 yeah running flex fuel requires a whole fuel system in the sti. I went with an aem 340 fuel pump iwire fuel pump hardwire kit, Cobb fuel pressure regulator, iag fuel lines, iag fuel rails, cobb 1050 injectors, cobb fuel pressure sensor, cobb flex fuel kit. It cost around 3k in parts 1-1400 in labor if you can’t do it yourself. Definitely worth it for the knock protection and power I gained about 30-40 whp and around 70 tq from e85 over 91 (oem turbo maxed out)

Yo chris my wrx sort of "lags" at around 3 - 8 psi and it feels as if the car isnt responding to throttle any suggestions on what it could be?
