A really good transcription, with all the correct meanings conveyed and technically correct grammar. The tiny issues I'd raise are basically inaudible things that native speakers would know because they recognise the thing being parodied, or common set phrases. A lot of this skit is imitating specific situational (newscast) English, not normal conversational.
0:11 We interrupt your *_scheduled_* programming to bring you *_this_* breaking news.
This whole line is a cliché, scheduled programming interrupted for a singular piece of breaking news.
1:28 *_It_* came from the dark...
The 'it' was hard to pick from the intense breathing, but it's there. "It came from [below/the sea/the dark/outer space/somewhere]" was a popular science fiction movie trend in the 1950s that's become part of monster-movie culture since.
1:38 We *_brought_* this upon ourselves by hubris
This is a common set phrase: "You brought this on yourself" = "It's your fault". Understandable confusion, because there's a similar idiom "See what we wrought" = "Look at what terrible thing we've done".

Those slight pauses here and there imply that this intro was mostly impromptu which makes it even funnier
He said it later that he thinks about it a lil before hand but these are completely off his head and winged

Pretty much my favorite Dez improv intro so far. I'd also like to describe it as an on-the-spot streamlining of an AsaCoco segment. And now I'm imagining two fun possibilities: 1) an experienced Dez looking with awe upon a well-preserved vial of AsaCoco and its mixing with his latest potion, or; 2) an unknowing Dez thoughtlessly tossing a nigh-forgotten vial of AsaCoco into a mix that later has him looking at it like Professor Utonium in the face of the newly created Powerpuff Girls.
