I didn’t know what I got myself into but best yoga workout, I just love the intensity of the burn and the last bit of upward dog wow and surrendering the last bit I felt the space for the passenger within and I feel amazing and grounding, will for sure try a class and keeps this in my practice, thank for sharing this rotine❤ keep on making videos

This is the class that pupped up this morning as a suggestion on TH-cam. This is a fun short class. I liked finishing with 2 minutes in downward dog followed by a short meditation. I think I already did the long version on Patreon. Thank you for this great content. 🙏🏼
I could not finished the Holding down dog .. my breathe and my arms were collapsing i went up again but then back down .. this Is Teaching me how much more control of my emotions and discipline i Need yo improve certain area of my Life.
I need a short routine video that I can do on a daily basis to strengthen my core and feet. I'm struggling with standing poses after 2 months of Ignite, even sitting upright in my office chair is a challenge (I've had a bad posture my entire life). I'm trying out this one for a few days. I can't give up now.
This was definitely more of a workout for my arms and hips rather then core. Can we please get more classes that are less focused on wrists? Some of your classes feel inaccessible to me as I have wrist pain and many times I have to alter the poses. I would appreciate at least one more class exploring less wrist focused poses.
