I ordered the C version of this monitor (VA), but your review convinced me to correct my order before it was shipped. Couldn't skip out on those vibrant IPS colors and the extra brightness. Thanks for the save.
@@sheevvaa The IPS version (GS27F). So happy with it. Vivid colors. High brightness. Great Overdrive implementation. You just keep it on and never have to worry about it no matter what frame rates you're gaming at. And the glow is unnoticeable. I'd highly recommend it.
The picture does not scale to the edges on this monitor. There is a quarter inch gap to the left, right, and top. I just purchased it and am not happy. Seeing as this is only $140 and it is not my primary monitor I will still keep it. I am using Windows 10 with an RTX 3060 12 GB card and connecting via HDMI port 1.
I just bought this monitor for this video, so thanks you, can you show the config that you had when you were playing? The brightness and that stuff pls
Does it have the same specs and performance with the curved variant which is the Gigabyte GS27FC? Any suggestion if I get this one or the curved one? I'm planning to get the curved one before then I saw this review, thanks!
love your videos mate I bought a aw2423hf but wanting to buy an OLED or maybe a 1440p ips can you do a review of the ASRock 180hz ips 1440p monitor it's 180 on newegg and amazon
I cover black light bleed and ips panel glow in the video. For the rest if you’re wanting high level testing then I’d check out monitors unboxed which has more in depth testing that I don’t have the tools to do.
@@1UpNerdcore At minute 17:10 how many percent of brightness the monitor was, can you remember? I believe that because HDR is on, the brightness is at 100% and indeed, every IPS monitor if placed in a dark environment and with dark screens at 100% brightness there will be IPS glow.
Can you share your calibration profile? i try to calibrate with my xrite i1pro but it keep crashing, xrite force and scams me to pay more for the new calibraite.
@@1UpNerdcore Thanks, coming from a dell ultrasharp u2412m , this panel looks really weird ,color is slightly off abit esp when i looking at some of my srgb edited photos. I wish he would share this as well moving from a dell ultrasharp u2412m with 99%srgb coverage to this, its bright but the color is way way off in my eye, everything i used to looks weirdly oversaturated, i wish he would share the icc profile he calibrated even its not 100% srgb coverage.
@@SwapnilMhaske1 I bought the g24f2 a year ago and I kind of regret it. After a year or so mine is already kind of broken with lines on top and bottom of monitor panel with flickering when playing games after some time. I also read in online forums that others are experiencing the same. Plus im in the process of claiming my warranty they said that the g24f2 is discontinued anyways.

My 1400 dollars monitors have that. You’ll have to be very specific when trying to find one that doesn’t.
ohh another thing can you kindly review the gigabyte Gs27Q X it's 240hz 1440p at 279.99
Got the 34 inch OLED in to review next. Down the road I’ll try to get to that one 👍🏻

It should. Usually in the naming scheme you’ll see a C added to the end which denotes the curve
@@1UpNerdcore So it's basically the same right? Your review sounds great with this monitor.
Should be the same 👍🏻
what about its 1440p version vs the msi MSI G274QPF E2 ? which one do you recommend
