Everyone says an exec presentation should be done in 10 slides, but what if the presentation is required to answer 6 very complex questions you can't answer in one slide each?

Andres, great question! In cases such as the one you present, the presentation must be organized with the audience. Do they want all the information in one presentation? Or do they want multiple presentations? Answering six complex questions in one presentation "can" be done. However, the audience needs to know that due to the subject matter, the presentation won't be completed in 20 minutes. You have to set the audience's expectations for the length and breadth of the presentation.

@@leadershiprollcall thanks. I don't think you can get a ppt with 10 slides with font size 30, showing 20 plots (actually all needed) while explaining 6 complex questions. But I do share that it needs to be organized with them. Great video!

@@andresacostaescobar I agree 100%. If even one issue is complex, it will be difficult to cover everything in 10 slides. The 10 slides is a recommendation for general topics or plans. Complexity is difficult to cover using that format.
