My husband loves your videos. We were talking after he watched one and decided if he wants the floor manager, or deli assistant manager position he's going to need to behave like he already has it. The store manager just gave him the go-ahead to delegate as he sees fit. HUGE progress with his boss. We also learned about asking non-exempt employees to work late. Thanks so much for your help!
Maria, thanks for the question. You said "difficult people" but that is pretty vague. Who are these people and what are they doing? It is hard to give an answer but a couple of things you can do is meet with them and see if you can work out any difficulties between the two of you. Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't but you can agree to keep things professional. If the person is hurting your performance, you can always discuss it with your supervisor or Human Resources.
