I recommend using Rodico instead of Fun-Tak. Rodico is a product that we watchmakers use to remove grease and grime and small residue like tiny fibers when servicing watches. It’s better at actually absorbing and removing oil based residue like ear wax and it doesn’t leave itself behind like Fun-Tak does.
Oh dear god. Please don’t use product on your tv. I dust mine then use a slightly damp cleaning rag, then buff with a dry one. But I’m not a professional like Brandon is.
i'd love to see a video on over ear headphones; it feels silly to comment this but i had initially destroyed the ear pads on my headphones as i thought it would be okay to sanitize them with 70% isopropyl alcohol (and paper towel mind you. it was bad!!!) i've since replaced the ear pads and am using microfiber cloths but i want to make sure i'm cleaning them properly in order to ensure they last haha thank you so much for this channel!!! i had only just come across it but you have been a huge life saver for me!!
Do you have a video reviewing whether the Peeps glasses cleaning tool is worth it? I've been getting ads for it on FB and don't know if it's a scam or if it really works!
Been thinking of you, hope you are doing well. Please hang in there, I know you don’t think so now, but there is so much more to life than this. I hope you can experience it all someday
My process is to use a cap of 91% isopropyl alcohol to dip qtips into and then hit the mesh using the alcohol soaked qtip with the airpod oriented in a way where gravity will pull any of the liquid down to the qtip instead of into the airpod and then just a rag dipped in the alcohol to wipe the outside of everything down
I have the "specialty brush" and honestly I use it more often to get into the crevices of my fitbit watch after wiping to get out the dead skin cells 🤮 i agree, the flocked side makes a mess, but I still use it from time to time, I just have to use compressed air or something after; it does a good job of loosening things up though!
I used the toothpick method and or a safety pin (very gently) as well as the alcohol. On some old AirPods I ended up taking off the mesh and OH MY GOSH… all the gunk on the inside…suffice it to say, I wasn’t able to replace the mesh but the AirPods work much better 😂
Who's nasty ear pods are those. Who ever they are disgusting. Who lets their earbuds get that nasty and not cleaning their ears. Im definitely judging anyone that keeps their ears that dirty and their earbuds.. smdh
ahhh I’ve never thought to use sticky tac! genius!

I will try this. Thank you
please make a video on how to spotless clean a monitor/tv, everything I use leaves streaks.

@@XxWildCardCastlexX that’s pretty much my process unless it has something greasy/grimy on it.
@@CleanThatUp thank you! i had not seen it before

Flocking tool varies on the model bought. Mines works well only innthe case. I also removed metal tip as it can be sharp
Do you have a video on how to clean headphones or can you make one?
I love your videos
Do you have a video for cleaning your headset? 😅
I use a towel with little alcohol but it seems to be hurting them😢

@@TahsinTowfika thanks for watching!!
Props on using rubber gloves and q tips on the world's most ridiculously shaped small electronics 🤣
How do you know you're not just pushing all the wax into the air pod behind the screen?
New subscriber here. Do you just keep reposting old videos? Or are there actually multiple videos of this same topic?
New longform content always! You'll notice a similar video from a couple weeks ago about cleaning AirPod Pros, this is one is just on Classic Airpods!
So cool

I use an old extra-soft toothbrush and alcohol.
Usually just soak mine in the alcohol and works 100% every time
All you need is sticky tac and alcohol after to disinfect
