  • INGREDIENTS
    500 gms chicken breast - cut in cubes
    1 small onion
    1 green capsicum
    1 red capsicum
    4 green chilies
    3 garlic cloves
    Salt to taste
    1tsp coriander powder
    1tsp black pepper powder
    1tsp garam masala powder
    1tsp paprika powder
    1tsp red chili powder
    1/2tsp red chili flakes
    1 cup oil for frying
    PREPARATION
    * In a mixer grinder or food processor add to small cut onions, green capsicum, red capsicum and grind it coarse.
    * Remove the mixture in a bowl and squeeze the water from it.
    * In in same mixer grinder or food processor add chicken breast pieces, garlic cloves, green chilies, salt to taste, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, paprika powder, red chili powder and grind it to a coarse paste.
    * Later add the coarse onion, green and red capsicum and give a mix in the mixer grinder or food processor.
    * Remove this mixture into a large bowl and add chili flakes and mix it well.
    * Add some oil to hand and take 3/4 table spoon of this mixture and make round kebabs, flattening them in the centre.
    * Shallow fry them on medium heat 3 to 4 minutes each side.
    * Serve it hot.
