Reels are hard to control because they use the same dynamic algorythm like tik tok. Try sharing on your stories and have a few local people commenting as soon as you post, that should help a bit.

It might be easier to start with FB ads, retargeting people who viewed your site/page with an ad for your portraits? Otherwise look at pages who post similar content to you, have a larger audience and ask how to get featured/how much to get featured
