Amazing content. I took a page from 0-20k in 3 months in 2016 but Instagram has changed hugely since then. In one video you’ve managed to completely bridge my knowledge gap and give me a solid understanding of what works today. The most important and valuable thing in this video is you talking people through the dip - the part where progress plateaus and it’s hard not to give up. Do you think covers for reels are important? because wouldn't most the views come from the explore page in which case they won't see the cover, but im not 100% sure

I have 2.3k followers on my theme page and every reel gets 10k+ views and 1000+ likes, however they only bring in about 20-30 followers on average which seems weird. That makes my growth very slow despite very good reach and engagement. Any tips on converting more followers? I forgot to mention I make my own content modeled after other pages but still no reposting
Hmm if your content is unique and not easily found elsewhere you should be able to gain followers. Make sure you have a simple call to action in the caption to follow and optimize the bio. Then its just time, consistently creating great stuff. 10k views to 30 followers isn't ideal but its also not the worst conversion. Keep at it
Could you make an updated theme page profile optimisation videos please? I have a video hit 100k like in 1 million views but am still on 300 ish followers, I only gained like 50.
The fundamentals in my old one are still true, issue is often with theme pages if you just repost content there is no real incentive for people to follow as it isn't unique. Can try really branding the content which could help

Most views will come from there so the cover is not as important as the opening few seconds, but still worth making an effort with
