As a Greek when I got married to my wife and having 2 girls I had to think of a way to better our economic condition I started oil paintings wich I sold to stores in Kifisia and Nea Ionia area and sometimes I made the same money as my regular job (aircraft engines mechanic at HAI ) I also have hobbies RC airoplanes and guitar making I suppose if I was really in need I could do something with those hobbies too but now I am in pension and I whant to relax and enjoy life. Possibly if I lived in Nafplio I would talked you in a small shop for guitar building 😅😅 keep up the good work Daniel.

Hi Daniel, I think many diaspora Greeks appreciated My Big Greek Wedding more as it was similar to our journey, whereas Greek Greeks don't understand or are offended. I had heard that many in Greece were not impressed with the movie.
My Big Fat Wedding is such a great snapshot of Greece. I can see why Greeks would say we"re not like that, but after spending many, many holidays in Greece I got all the quips and essence from the movies and you are. I know that as my sis who has never been to Greece just did not get it, whereas I thought it was charming and hilarious. 🧿🇬🇷
I love your story and your channel. I'm in North Carolina--U.S. I want to visit Greece. I've begun to learn the Greek alphabet.....just learned the trident letter--"ps" sound. Really cool. I understand the inlaw situation especially when you come back from living abroad. It is really hectic, and they treat you like a foreigner initially even though one may be Greek lol - it's very good that you persevered. It gets very insane very fast :)

You can find male calicos but they're quite rare,about 1 in every 1000.
