Ben Folds is the one on piano. He's a fantastic musician and songwriter. I saw him live in concert in Philly a while back. Traveled to Philly just for his show. He has a great musical catalog to explore.
This band (and Ben) were like a revelation when their first CD came out. It was like finally someone was recording new music that didn’t suck! Ben’s attitude speaks to me. We’re roughly the same age and from similar backgrounds, from what I can gather. He speak to the suburban dorky guy trying to fit in, but be cool in his own way. He’s got a lot of great songs. He released one during the pandemic (called 2020) that expressed what we were all feeling. He’s a real talent. And he plays Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters as well as Elton does.
One of my favorite artists. I have everything he’s done. I was very surprised to see him on a reaction channel. Made my day. He never took himself too seriously but whether funny, serious, sad or happy they are always awesome.
Sara Bareilles and Ben Folds were judges on the a capella competition show The Sing-off that gave us Pentatonix, Home Free and Voiceplay. Harri, I miss your dreads. Just saying! I remember Ben Folds. He did a really sad song about a-bor-ion. He was too teenagy - his voice, for me. Talented guy though

First time I ever heard this song was years ago. Loved it immediately! Definitely, has Beatles vibes. Ben Folds is a fantastic piano player

Love Ben Folds. His solo work is great but I especially love the Ben Folds Five stuff.
