- E·Bycco EB7Pro - How to troubleshoot "E10" error code issue?
Latest E10 troubleshooting method:
Step 1: Turn off power and remove the battery.
Step 2: Use tape or stickers to label the connection wires on the handlebar, write the same number on the tape for the same connection, to prevent incorrect connections when reinserting later. Only keep the plug of the display (green) and the thumb throttle plug (yellow), disconnect both brake sensing wires and the 2-in-1 switch for the horn/headlight, and the headlight plug.
Step 3: Open the black box of the controller, take out the controller. Use stickers or tape to correctly label the wires to prevent errors when reconnecting. Only keep the power wire, main wire, motor wire, and the blue, green, and yellow 3 wires (accessories circled in blue in the picture). Disconnect the plug of the phone holder/front wheel motor controller/dual-drive switch/booster.
Step 4: Install the battery and power on.
Result 1 and Solution 1: If E10 disappears and returns to normal, it indicates that the E10 error is caused by the auxiliary device, phone holder, brake sensing wires, combination switch, or headlight. Test these components one by one to identify the component causing the E10 error when inserted.
Result 2 and Solution 2: If E10 still exists after installing the battery and powering on, please check the main cable, controller, and motor cable."
