A very important and hidden function in the SW900 display is located in program 16 - by pressing the minus button for 10 seconds you can restore factory settings.
I know my sw900 has water behind the glass and the kit is advertised as waterproof the display is not waterproof... and supposed to have 2 year warranty on this product. The wheel rim was bent out of the box. I still kept it cus I didn't want to wait 2 months for another one to arrive. But now the throttle cable.comnected to the controller just like he says in this very video "if new throttle doesn't work then it's the Cale 1to 4 connected to the controller. Agent kinu suns refuses and doesn't speak good enough English clearly using a bad translator. And just keeps repeating herself error 09nis throttle.. this video clearly says if new throttle doesn't work and still says error 08 then it's not the throttle it's the cable. And I ordered kit 7 months ago. Have 2 year warranty and she is refusing to honor it. I sent oicyures of water inside the display case. And explained the cable needs replaced not the throttle... she is of no help whatsoever... from sending bent rim out of the box, to not wanting to replace parts when I have warranty. I would never order from this company again. You shouldn't either.
Hi error 6 low voltage this bat came with fat tyre bike 750wat from amazon 25mph I thought I would upgrade to 1500wat kit when set up it won't work that could be throttle but the low voltage my battery is fully charged. Bike took of on its own seller sent pa's magnet with no arrow on magnet was on wrong not my fault all magnets have arrow for direction thanks

Estou tendo o mesmo problema. Na verdade irei trocar o cabo t4 hoje. Se não resolver, desconfio que seja alguma incompatibilidade entre o controlador e o display. Ou ainda, talvez tenha a ver com o motor. Não tenho certeza. Se alguém souber poste nos comentários, obg.

I have changed 1T4 cable but it didn’t solve error 10. What do you think could be the issue?
It will be the lcd display, they're useless, I've had 5 fail on me over Ten Years ,I'm buying the cheap black one next without lcd screen.
