    Does this video look fuzzy to you all? I don't know if its my computer or something TH-cam did? Please let me know.

    • @janiechristian4695
      @janiechristian4695 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, not as clear as it could be, may just be my slow speed internet, others videos do show clearly though.

      That is weird, I don't know what happened. Something in the way TH-cam rendered it. Sucks :-(

      you tube will auto set the video quality based on its testing of your internet. click the cog and you can force it to a higher quality, but it'll pause for loading frequently. looks like your video was shot in 1080p and looked fine to me i watched it at 720

    The clear plastic is to transfer the lights on the board to the front of the case. To see link and activity when you plug a cable in.

  • @gizmodious
    @gizmodious 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

    @ 05:43 the pieces of plastic are for leds. the leds are way back in the board, and the use the plastic to bring them to the face plate so they may iluminate

    Great video I have so many of these boards. Old and a new. Last year I helped someone with a scrap clean out and sold two 50 gallon garbage cans full. I didn’t have time to go through or break them down. We got a nice chunk of change but after watching these videos I’ve learned how much I left on the table.
    I’ve really got to go through some as I have about half a 50 gallon pail full now.

    Pop those heat sinks off that second board you'll likely find some gold tab flatpaks.

    They're known as light pipes. Like cheap fiber, but out of plastic to direct the light where they want it when the surface mount leds aren't in proximity to the case housing.

    Not sure why Canadians feel they have to speak with some kind of accent instead of normal easy basic English. Its probably those French-Canadians taking all their women so they feel they have to have some kind of accent
