All the haters saying Lewis is washed up and he proved them wrong!
this was a big race for him

Lewis continues to be a demon when a win is within reach. “Leave me to it.” Not a wheel wrong when his margin demanded it.
I’m an Alonso fan so Lewis has always been a nemesis but that was a masterpiece today. So good.
As a mercedes and Lewis fan, it feels great
must feel amazing :)
...to know that Lewis is leaving a winning Team for Money. So, He is Not Here for the Sport but for the Money?
@@russianmegabot5272no for loyalty and the chance to drive for the prestigious Ferrari brand something he has dreamed of since he was a kid. Mercedes were only gonna sign him for a 1+1 deal and Hamilton wanted 2 years minimum. So loyalty and the Ferrari brand to summarise 👍🏻
This is the first time I actually cried for an F1 race.
I never would have thought Lewis would ever win with the machineries he's had, and with the car he has now, I thought George would take over and claim all the victories. I'm so, so, so glad the stars aligned for Lewis. Waited two and a half seasons for this moment to come.
God, I love F1 ❤...

Bro you really called it. You speak holy words
Think Lewis won it by passing George, knowing that he would most likely be first in line for inters, as they double stacked.
Indeed. No one is mentioning this. LH wanted first dibs on strategy.
real recognizes real
Finally, someoné who actually understànds where the chànce of víctory becàme a RÉAL possibílíty....
And then Lewis exécutéd it to PÉRFÉCTION!!💯👌🏻
this is what Piastri missed. he had better pace today but lacked that hunger to push for 1 or 2 laps more when he was really close to Norris. McLaren then fucked him up but it was partly a consequence of him being behind
I think 98 percent of the "Fans" arent even watching the Race or Just dont understand what they are watching
The moment was just amazing. Then lewis crying in his dad's arm and seeing bono emotional was another emotional moment
I’ve been following Lewis since Hungary 2013, his first win for merc, its crazy to me that I witnessed both his first and (maybe) his last win for Mercedes. I legit cried when he crossed the line.

Seeing Lewis go from a downbeat "how fast are these guys" to a unwaivering "Just leave it to me" and then drive that hell of a final stint, it gave me chills 🥶
👍🏽
So proud of Lewis today!! He got me really emotional seeing him with his dad. Home wins are really the best (especially when it’s his 9th there!!)
The way Lewis managed the softs is goated
The difference between quick (Lando) vs quick and experienced (Lewis) showed itself today
What a call mate ! Happy to see Lewis win he was sooo emotional
it was nice to see him get it out :)
I cried, I screamed, I can't describe the emotions I went through when Lewis won today. I'm a big fan of Lewis and today was one of the best days of my life.
Dude... It's sports. Get your life together. This should not be one of the best days of your life... No matter how good the race was and no matter how great it is to finally see Lewis win, on this GP out of all.. Seriously, get something greater in life to scream and cry for, not a sports game.
@@JustinPeters what a sad comment

Happy for you man . We going for another one at hungary.
Bro when there was 7 laps left you were the first person I thought of. That was an unreal performance
Well, your comment is very blatant, using the 7 code.
@@StopMediaFakery TF are you on about?
@@TreyMotes In Freemasonry they use the 7 code to communicate, especially that something is rigged. On the F1 channel for the drivers reaction, Lewis even uses the 7 in the interview. There's also other code. Lewis won his 9th after 945 days. The 4 + 5 being another 9 for 999.
@@StopMediaFakery bad case of Pareidolia kiddo?
That hug between Hamilton and his father, perhaps saying "Do you remember when I bought you that remote-controlled car?" And now look where you are..... Silverstone belongs to you....
Or likely: "You see, you still got it, son. Never doubt yourself like this again."
This was such a tight, close race with constant changes in the conditions. A win from lewis was truly the cherry on top of an outstanding race 😃
I wanted Max to win, but I'm very happy for Lewis. He earned it, and not to mention, it just has to feel amazing for him.
I bet Max's tires didn't have much life in them at the finish. He was ripping those last laps
@@vinster8884 True, it honestly always feels like he does best on the hard tires XD.
Piastri had pace today! Damn.
honestly could have won
Something I need to see more from Mercedes
I don't think Mclaren wanted that 😢😢
Piastri was fast all race but he got hung out by his team. Lando’s tires faded at the end shouldve gone meds, and max was weirdly slow early on and the pace that you expected him to have only came after his last pit stop. He would’ve passed ham if it lasted one more lap. Hamilton capitalized on all of this, holy fuck.
@@F1Unchained that was my hope/ prediction.
I was emotional listening to Lewis's radio and the moments with his Dad and Bono. Magical moments
Some people were calling me delusional saying that Lewis could win…
He's in good form and Mercedes is good. It really just made sense.
I am definitely not a Hamilton fan, but I was incredibly happy that he won the race.
I’m sure I’m not the only person who got choked up seeing how much this meant to him.
Sir Lewis Hamilton has finally come back, he just put the Sir in Sir Lewis Hamilton. A deserved win and I believe more to come 💜💜💜
I've never been a Lewis fan, but I was choking up with this win. He fought so hard and never put a wheel wrong. Completely deserved this super important win.
Next year I'll be a Lewis fan for sure, once he dons the red apparel.
Great prediction by the way, F1Un. Not many picked that one.

I love you for predicting that for us Brits... Long Live the Goat.....
Congratulations for having faith in Lewis - amazing race
Another Lando win thrown away: triple bad strat for McLaren.
- Piastri had to be double stacked
- Norris had to pit 1 lap earlier
- Norris had to go on new mediums for 12 laps instead of worn softs.
Sooooooo Happy for you Lewis.

I had some tears too
Hammer time was back
Just amazing & so deserved fella
Well done LH44 ❤️
What an amazing race!!! That was won on pure merit!!!! I am so freaking happy for Lewis!!! Amazing race craft!!!
i thought mclaren were gonna come into this weekend with a point to prove after austria. they did prove a point that their strategists and pit crew are nowhere near championship level. if mclaren wins the constructors it will be all due to checo and the car's raw pace. as a mclaren fan i just wanna bury myself
If it helps: out of the top four teams we were the only ones with two drivers in the points. It was plenty embarrassing, sure, but we scored 2 pts more than Merc, 9 pts more than Red Bull and 16 more than Ferrari. It was a weekend of attrition and we did "well."
@@lukenemeth sorry mate it doesn't help. Its 4 races in a row they should have won now. And 43 pts is what should have walked away after this

That intro man, goosebumps ❤
Today is exactly what we all live for as F1 fans, and I'm lucky I got to watch this race start to finish!
Just a small correction: Max was not ahead of Lewis when he came out on inters, it was Perez you saw ahead of him, a lap down. Max was ahead of George though.
Bro, i forgot to message you after predictions. Ive been sating since austria lewis was going to win in the next 3 races. He just looked like he was getting everything together. Congrats on the prediction. What an emotional victory. I was on the edge of my seat for the last 14 laps
The fact that you predicted the Top 3 to perfection deserves a Like and Subscribe from me. Good work mate
Small adjustment Max didn’t get both Mercedes after the pit stop that was a lapped Perez. Max did overtake George in the pit stops. As for this race I think Hamilton really earned his flowers. Ofcourse he already earned a lot of them but these past years haters counted him out. I’m not the biggest fan of his but the one shot he had he did everything perfect today. His tire management is insane, beautiful race
At the end of the race the first thing i thought was that perfect prediction of yours😂🎉
Keep it going man💪🏼💪🏼
3/3 you nailed it man!
It was so emotional to see Lewis win this race. It was an amazing gp!!
Kudos to max for finishing 2nd in the 3rd fastest car.
Love your calm composed complete content.
God i cried so much
I said he would have won n he did. It was emotional for me bro g😂 glad I watched this race
I’m not a Lewis fan per se but I am happy for him and Mercedes. He proved he can still win not only to others but also himself. On a similar note, I find it interesting how many teams have gone up and down this year. Mercedes comeback, Ferrari rising and falling, Haas impressive lately and even Alpine having moments. Aston really going backwards…It’s an interesting and sometimes unpredictable year overall.
Damn dude, I said on your previous video that your call was a bold one - absolutely wanting to witness some form of vindication for 2021 and all the passive aggressive criticisms and commentary directed to any who think someone is 'washed up' / 'too old' etc.
But god damn I was not expecting the intensity of emotions that came as a consequence - from the crowd, commentators and most of the responses (at least from those who are able to feel emotion) across social media.
Full and absolute respect to the fans of other teams/drivers recognising what this meant to arguably one of (if not perhaps the?) greatest driver of all time. I think only an 8th title will finally put pay to those critics and (for those of us who wish to see such an occasion transpire; we can now dream a little again) - particularly after the gruelling few years since that fateful Abu Dhabi outcome - I don't think anyone will have any solid leg to stand on if Hamilton etches his name into the history books of gaining another title.
As for this year though? I wasn't sure Lewis would ever be able to pull a pole, let a lone a win this year (and no not because of sabotaging or anything like that, just simply mindset and feeling the camaraderie within the team, which clearly seems to have dropped ever since the untimely Ferrari news earlier in the year)...
...He seemed to have mentally checked out of Mercedes - George is now the number 1 driver, the car developments will logically be more suited to George's style than Lewis (because George is staying on, as far as we can tell anyway!) and frankly Toto seems to be backing (also logically) George more than Lewis since the Ferrari move news.
If nothing else happens for Lewis this year, I'm glad for the sake of celebrating with the team who helped give him the machinery and engineering skill (which Lewis so often attests and shows gratitude for) to pull off so many wins - who's factory is only down the road from Silverstone - this was the closure I think both he and most, if not all, of the team at Mercedes yearned and deserved.
Now lets see what happens in the development battles between McLaren, Merc and Ferrari vs RBR. I do think that the Max factor has already won the Drivers Championship unless he suffers a double DNF and one driver (Lando or Charles) get two wins at that time; but the Constructors? Well, unless Sergio finds some form (which he won't whilst he's using an old spec chassis - a detail that almost noone seems to pay recognition to) it could very well be all to play for.
However I think the joker in the pack is going to be Oscar Piastri who seems to have the right mindset and only needs a normal roll of the dice to begin taking the fight to Lando, and perhaps even Verstappen himself. I certainly think we'll see him on the topstep of the podium before the year is through if McLaren can just get their strategy calls right for him - his mindset seems more flexible, resilient and wry than Lando's when it comes to taking disappointment and bouncing back but we'll see!
One thing is for sure: long may the closeness (of at least the front of the field!) continue...
...Still he rise...
This race delivered more than expected
Best race of the year by far. Fully expected max to reel in Lewis but the soft stint Lewis did was incredible, one of the reasons he’s so good in the race.
Being a Lewis fan for the last few years has been tough but today made it worth it.
Felt sorry for George, although I don’t think he would have won
Well said! Indeed George wouldn't have won as he was stuck behind Max in the second stint and I think was around ten seconds behind Lewis when he retired, maybe due to the water issue as well.
Red Bull was mega quick at points and hope people take that into account, it was just nowhere in the first stint and until the track dried in the second stint, after that it was like a second quicker.
Excellent job from Lewis, it's been a rollercoaster and the same goes for the race. I think McLaren should have won the race tbh and in some ways Lewis was fortunate they didn't choose mediums, which I thought was a no brainer tbh if you had new mediums. Perfect between Deg and longevity.
Great call you deserve an Oscar.
Lewis is just good in wet and Intermidate conditions.
When the track became dry, suddenly Max became the fastest car again.
Also he countered Merc suggestions for an early Inter tyre.
Solid prediction
Max was faster because the hard tyre gave him the green light to push hard. The soft tyre went off pretty fast, that's why he was able to pass Lando and was closing in on Lewis.
@@hilroydaniels5109 Yeah he faster when the track dried up thank for agreeing.
The race telemetry showed today
1. McLaren
2. Redbull
3. Mercedes
Max immediately became the fastest in the second lap after he got the hard tyres, that was due to track evolution simple.
In the mixed conditions he was only losing time.
@@Don-RoyallLewis proved he's the rain master
