They delibralty wrote Janeway to be a badass to appease male fans. Didn't work, because many just ignore it.
They say Janeway is reckless and breaks the prime directive. When there's a scene in TNG that within 5 minutes Picard both admits to breaking the prime directive and being a captain who's not one to "play it save" and he's the dog for it.
      And
When it's the other captains bad writing is bad wrighting.
But when it's Janeway, it's because she's bipola.
Voyager is peak sheek Trek built of the sucses of TNG and DS9. It was always going to be good.
If you like classic trek. But you don't like Voyager. You need to ask you self why. And see if your exscuses hold up too the other series.
To many Dan's idolise the principles of federation society.
But just don't want to walk the walk.

The Borg stories in Voyager were the most interesting and well conceived. Janeway fighting the Borg made her the badass of captains. None of the others dared to go so far. It made so much sense to bring Seven back for Picard.

In the final showdown with Admiral Janeway, the Queen made a mistake.
"If Captain Janeway dies, you have no future and none of this will ever happen."
I kind of doubt that. Admiral Janeway became a walking temporal paradox the moment she advised her younger self to reverse course and explore the nebula.

Pretty much all of encounters with the Borg on VOY were well done.
Except in Dark Frontier episode where 7 is taken by the queen.
Now, most of the events in those 2 episodes were fine, its at the very end when JAneway was in the Queen's chamber that things went a bit... south.
Namely in the sense that it took the drones quite a bit of time to try and assimilate 7 and Janeway after the Queen issued the order, and enough time to 7 explain to Janeway about the vulnerability in the node?
Nah... they would have been taken by then... I would have preferred if the exchange was modified so that 7 disrupts control and JAneway knew where she had to fire.
After that, it was also a tad of a stretch to think that the Flyer could take on that many torpedoes in TW and come out alive, or that the Borg would be missing so many times (but 7 was onboard potentially disrupting the Borg targeting scanners, so that may have played a part, and it wasn't their intention of destroying the shuttle still, but to capture it).

They never really explain how the Borg Queens work (probably on purpose). The show often treats them all as if they are the exact same individual in fact, just with different actors, which isn't impossible since in First Contact itself Picard is confused that the Queen is alive since he thought she died in the events of "Best of Both Worlds" and the Queen retorts that he's just thinking in "three dimensional terms".
Either there are multiple Queens, some of whom happen to look identical; or, there is a single Queen and it is more like a program that has multiple clone bodies / avatars or something along those lines.

ok I am confused I have been looking at it as the Borg queen in season 3 and the one in season 2 as two different queens' just like each ship in the federation had there own crew and captains' part of the same thing but still independent of each other in borg ship because of the fracture of the hive with hu the one that the enterprise was able to detatch and teach individuality to so it was no longer a collective I think my theory is solid or am I just way off please someone let me know? and also janeway freeing seven of nine wont this only be possible because of the enterprise also before too teach hu individuality and ounce again causing this rif in the borg collective

To many fans idolise the principles of federation society.
But just dont won't too see, they wouldn't fit well in it.

I like how Janeway casually turns down a chance to end a 70 year voyage. In real life the military would have given her a blanket party and put her in the brig and gone home. Turned down the borg queen, Q twice, destroyed the array.... She is a horrible captain. The worst in all of star fleet.
