    Thank you Thank you Thank you so much. I am 33 and about to get my body lift. People are telling me that I should wait. Well I don't have a husband and I am 35 days into a relationship. I don't have any plans on getting pregnant right now and definitely not practicing. So this was very helpful thank you..

    I'm glad you remembered the last thing you planned on talking about because that is definitely my concern. I have lots of excess skin that I planned on having removed but I am now a Mommy and no longer want to go down that route due to caring for my baby. I never would want to take such a risk since becoming a parent. At the same time, I feel that after losing 170 lbs. I deserve to finally get rid of something that was so bad for me. I'm so happy that you went through it before pregnancy.

    It's great to see your progress! You were my first VSG video vlog I started following before I decided getting surgery. Thank you so much for always being honest and real in your videos. You definitely helped me make my decision. I got my surgery 5 weeks ago, and I feel great.

    You look fantastic! I also had a few people ask me about having children after all my reconstruction. "Do you have kids?" "Why don't you wait!?" There was a lot of criticism and side looks, but it's my decision! I want to enjoy my new (skinny) body before I have children. I also agree with your comment about having the surgery after and putting your life in "danger" and having children running around. Can't wait to keep seeing the updates!

    Hi!! :-) So glad to hear you are doing well. You look fantastic. I can see a little bump there! It's cute :-) I bet when you hit 7 months, you'll pop out a little more. Thank you so much for sharing. I also had a VSG - about 3.5yrs ago, and want to have a TT and LBL prior to getting pregnant. I know everyone is different, but it's still nice to have some point of reference. I wish you all the very best for the rest of your pregnancy!

    thanks for doing the update! i thing that its great that you got the surgery done before having a baby. that would be my biggest fear too... leaving children and not being able to be there for them as a mother because of a surgery for cosmetic reasons. everything you said makes so much sense! :-) are you wearing a black bathing suit or compression garments in the update of pictures? if it is a compression garment what is the brand? thanks!!!

    Kelly you look great :D
    I carried 2 out of 4 of my pregnancies more towards the back and didnt really show till the last month. Each one was different just as each of us are. With the progresion pics u can tell u r showing.
    U r right in having that major surgery before having a baby.
    How is your appetite doing, did u have alot of nausea?
    Thank you for sharing this with us :D
    Love and blessings to you,your hubby and the baby ;)
    Love Corina.

    You look do cute! Congrats and I hope things keep going smoothly. Please consider referring to your reconstructive surgery as the lbl and not a tt. They are quite different procedures and it could confuse people instead of educating. The lbl is a perfect procedure for someone wanting to carry a baby later and a tt would have created some problems.

    The ab work would actually explain having more pain because they stretch back out. My uterus also tilts back instead of the normal forward (so I've been told) so that is another potential reason for not showing a lot.

  • @bellaerin77
    @bellaerin77 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    what brand is it? :-) thanks

  • @Kellawanda
    @Kellawanda  11 ปีที่แล้ว

    No, its a maternity bathing suit....which ironically I had bought before my lower body lift when I had my excess skin because it helped it fit and hid it a little lol

  • @Kellawanda
    @Kellawanda  11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I don't think there is anything wrong with doing it after you have kids. In fact most people have the excess weight and skin problems because of their pregnancies! So if you decide you would feel better getting it off, don't let that stop you. That was just my personal thought. And who knows, we never know what we would do until a situation presents itself!

  • @EileenColette

    Sorry for the typo its suppose to say suppressed stretching. Good luck and happy pregnancy!

    I'm pregnant too post op vsg. Usually your 1st pregnancy doesn't start showing until you are 6 months anyway. I'm sure the lbl/ tt helped to Dupree. It's my second pregnancy and I am still technically losing weight and no one thinks I am pregnant.

    what was the point in your Pregnancy where you did start to look like you where Pregnant ? . . .or did you pretty much stay the same size ?

  • @mistydk
    @mistydk 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    You look great Kella and I couldn't tell you were pregnant either when you stood up. You only looked a little bloated I guess. Like TOM bloat LOL. But then in your comparison photos from the side, I could start to tell you were preggers! You look great! And you are halfway (plus 1 week) to having a new baby in your arms! Yayyy!

    looking fantastic. I also wouldn't want to be have a LBL after a baby. I know women who have had the 'sleeve' op with little children and have a hard time.
    You are a smart cookie (healthy type of course).
