How to Cook Mappillai Samba Rice Recipe in Tamil|Mappilai Samba Rice| Red Rice in Tamil|

Greetings to Friends and Families of SAMAIYAL THIRUVIZHA,
Ingredients:
Mappillai Samba Rice - 1 cup (1Cup = 250 ML)
Water - 6 Cups
Salt- As required
Note:
Ratio for cooking Mappilaisamaba Rice :
1 Cup Rice : 6 Cup Water
Soak the Mappilaisamba rice in Boiled Water(2CUPS) about an hour.
Once the rice soaked an hour add remaining 4 Glass of Water to cook.
Keep the flame as Medium throughout the cooking.
