This is the Thailand that I love, no Western tourists, just everyday life and super welcoming locals. On the other hand, for those who want to go to similar places in Thailand, not necessarily by the sea but in non-tourist places (for Westerners) know that very few people speak English and that it is better to speak a little in the language Thai. But it leads to wonderful laughs because with my level of Thai which is that of a 3 or 4 year old child, all the Thais are dying of laughter, there was even once a Thai who told me that it was really fun to hear an adult talk like a little kid!

Thanks very much for sharing. Surprising is indeed quite massive numbers of fishing boats compare to Hua Hin fishing boats. Absolutely awesome and typically fresh sea food., Most city area seafood are domesticated fishes. Buddha bless you guys as always.

Tried to enter Nam Sai Beach with my husband who is English but was told by the Navy Guards that foreigners are not allowed in to the beach. We're very disappointed. But it us best beach for Thais to enjoy. I'd suggested you to ask them if foreign visitors are allowed to enter. A few areas there are forbidden even it is only a road to go to the other side of the Navy base.
