Thailand people are always very very warm, friendly, soft spoken, courteous everything.... one of my favourite country to visit. 😄😄😄😄
New Sub... I'm going to Bangkok for the month of December for the first time, It's great to get all the information from a Local. Thanks for all your videos.
This is a such beautiful video it’s nice to see you both show this side of BKK! It feels like I’m back in BKK again! I love the introduction to the local markets and you take your time to show us how the locals are! Thank you! I will bookmark this and use this as my guide for my next trip back to BKK!
Just found you in my feed, watched, subbed! Thank you! It’s about time I found Thai locals that explain more in depth than some and I appreciate it! What a beautiful home you showed, it’s how we all live. I so enjoyed the ‘true’ floating market! People want newer, better, but it’s a major loss of tradition and a means for income for so many families. It breaks my heart. Pretty soon there will be none. I must confess, if they keep the name of floating with no boats, and the building is not floating; it’s a lie-deception. I dislike that intensely! So I’m hoping renaming it if no boats. Puts a little worry that places will not be what people say. I would now obtain a guide who speaks truth. Love all your explanations, they help! Can’t wait to see more! Namaste’🙏🏻❤️
I've been to Amphawa several times (the last one in April 2023!) and it's really a weekend to do. In addition, from Bangkok it is very easy to access, there are minibuses that leave from Ekkamaï or Morchit for Samut Songkran (the closest bus station to Amphawa). Too bad you didn't do the Tak BaT with the monks on the river because the monks travel in a small boat and at sunrise it's magnificent
Hello, I would appreciate it if you could answer a question for me. I need to return to Bangkok (from Amphawa) to the Mochit station. I know that there are vans that leave Amphawa towards Southern station, but I don't know if they also leave towards Mochit or do I have to go to Samut Songkran to catch it there?
Chon & Joyce fantastic video your content is the best on TH-cam live it! We are coming to Bangkok March 3-11 hopefully we see you around would love to buy you lunch or a beer! What’s the best floating market to visit when we are there? Also we may not be there on a Friday or Saturday if we go to Phuket are the floating markets only open on the weekends?
Hi Chon!!! Nice to meet you, my name is Gabriel and I am from Argentina. I am a fan of yours and I always watch your videos. Now, I want to ask you how do I get back from Amphawa Floating Market to Bangkok? I'm thinking of visiting the Maeklong Train Market and Amphawa on 12/31 because it's Sunday and I arrive in Bangkok on Saturday night ☹️ How do you recommend returning by public transport? I await your suggestion!!! hugs!!!!
Hi from U.K. Really enjoyed you video on Samut Sonkram, I know you went by public transport from Bangkok but we will be travelling up from Trat airport and we want to get to ampawa market as soon as we can. Do you have any idea what it would cost for a taxi to ampawa market? Thank you and keep up the great work.
Informative and honest review, Thank you for your cooperation to know lot of information about Traveling,, (would you like to make video about short stay appointment & with the process & price in BKK ),,, thank you again for your journey my friend
hello joyce, also from Germany, thank you very much for your informative videos! One question, I need help from agents in Bangkok to open an account and apply for a driving license. Can you recommend me a good agent. Greetings Marcel

thanks for your NON-replies, Chon... Not very "friendly" at all and pretty disappointing 😞 You could try to help a bit, if you want people to keep on following you. There's a HUGE amount of other people in Thailand that are doing the same thing that you're doing and they're all more helpful than you.
Hi , I will be arriving in Thailand on October 31st.I need to know which hotels offer free early check-in from 6 am onwards near DMK airport. Our hotel is charging 600 THB extra for early check-in and normal check in is at 2 pm.
You realise the floating markets are set up scam for tourism only lol 😂 I’m an Australian with a Thai wife, the real floating markets don’t exist anymore. The floating market is a tourist trap. Why don’t you show the real Thailand
Thank you Joyce and Chon! I will be in Bangkok in less than two weeks and I will be going to the Amphawa Floating Market. Please, more Joyce as the co-host!!! ❤
