Loud and annoying barking dogs are a big pass for me. My father had a stroke because of a dog in his neighborhood constantly barking. People who don't take care of their dogs are a pox on society.
Or you could just make friends with the dog, ever thought of that? Then it could protect you too!

It just hears a bunch of sound next to its house and it's not used to that. I doubt it's like that every day once you live there but it could still be a gamble I suppose

love this place, looks so comfy for settling down. Having that ex girlfriend next door yapping is a pain though hahahahaa. Rayong is quite the place. 30k a month rental is a good price, curious about the utilities on renting a house. The lunch looked amazing. I am looking forward to more adventures there. Thanks mate, yeah I really like the area too and have asked Rachel to show us much more around Ban Chang & Rayong. Next time I go down I will take some dog treats and see if I can make friends with the dog! I will also ask about electricity & water with the next property 👍

At the rental property was there a pool facility on the development and did the garden go all the way to the back, cheers Jason, two really nice properties.
There is a pool next to the Golf Club for residents but unfortunately we couldn’t show that, the garden with the big tree was behind the house 👍
Yes! Nice big homes/villas. I like the old stuff to fix up a bit. I will have to try the crab in yellow curry next time I'm back in Thailand!

Air and sea quality dreadful. A few years back the Government closed the beaches and prohibited the fishermen from fishing or selling their catch.
Maptaphut Thailand's biggest oil and gas refinery is just down the road .

Simple internet search shows this area Eastern Seaboard/Rayong has very very high levels of cancer lukiemia and other respiratory issues. Both Thai and international health agencies

I tell you what, all of you that are making as much noise as the dog. It would be interesting to check the history of housbreakings in the surrounding houses, I'll bet there aren't any. The dog was doing it's job. I would for sure buy that house, and become friends with the dog, its that simple.
