When I first started dating my boyfriend last January he thought I was faking being sick and that I was just not interested in him! He came loaded with groceries one day to make sure I had food prepared and when he saw just how sick I was I didn't hear from him for weeks. He told me 5 months later that he came to see me in part to see if I was faking, and after seeing me like that he was scared I was dying. Dating is definitely not easy but it can provide a lot of joy, laughter, and distraction.

I think honesty is the best policy. It feels wrong to hide it in order to get someone hooked on ur personality first. There's like 3 days each month i can get out of bed, so this probably isn't for me anyway.

How do you find people dying from terminal illnesses? Not people with just illnesses, but people that are guaranteed to die within a certain amount of time from their illness.?

Having chronic illness has made me feel like dating is too hard, and it is easier to be alone.
