I did this as well on my main, i fixed the walls using concrete and built a gate, defences, set up the level 3 stores. The castle is the best settlement due to the fact it can be attacked twice with quests once against the institute and the other against the brotherhood. I also like using the cellar to hold spare power armour sets i find. Its just a shame you can't build there like you could with home plate.
Given that you can't move Ronnie Shaw out of the castle moving all the vendors to the Castle is a good call. I personally keep them in Hangman's Alley given its the most central settlement on the map.
@@xenoplayz4524 concrete is the way to go!! I felt really clumsy with vanilla building materials, everything just being shacks.. but the add on with concrete and warehouse walls was a game changer, that made me enjoy settlement building MUCH more! And the electric switch gate is dope, I use one to keep NPCs out of the back room in the armory, so they can't steal from my private stash when a raid is on. Front of the armory is where Ronnie sells weapons, back of the armory is where I keep weapons & armor
Thanks. I do try to have counters on my guides where I tend to count the number of something so I am happy that it helped. Thanks for sharing your feedback.
Unfortunately, some of these vendors are bugged. You can find them, recruit them, and send them to a settlement only to never have them show up. I sent The Scribe to my Hangman's Alley settlement and had to follow him all the way there or he'd never make it.
Its a very good shout and I should have mentioned that. At times they simply won't appear in the settlement you send them to and they can end up wondering around randomly or worse yet never making it and disappearing entirely from the game.
On PC you could use console commands to fix that, but on a game console that may just be the end of the line. I used commands to just spawn a few of them in, like The Scribe, and talk to them at my settlement about working there
@@SaltyBeaver-db4hh Yeah, you can use console commands for sure to spawn them in. But you will still need to meet the requirements to actually be able to recruit them.
It's important to note that the random npc's no longer spawn after you reach a certain level, and it's not that high. So, if you do the XP glitch or wait too long, you're sh!t outta luck...
Really, that's interesting. I've never been able to recruit her, not without first vising and freeing Rex. In fact she tells me to free Rex if I happen to bump into her before meeting Rex.

We got Mo Salah banging in two today.
And Mo trapped in fallout giving us another tips an tricks video.
Today is a good day 😁👍🏻
It certainly is a good day, thanks for checking out my guide and for your comment.
Good video! I like recruiting them all to The Castle, and let my companions all hang out there as well.

Good idea having the counter on the top left 👍

It can be hard to find the random encounter ones, after rust devils shart showing up. They spam the random encounters, hard.
Taste very true. It's not impossible ut God is it much harder. Thanks for pointing that out.
The way around that is posted in the Fallout 4 wiki's character page. It involves save scumming and isn't hard at all.

That's a very good point, thanks for sharing. In hindsight I probably should have mentioned that myself.
you are very good at this.
Thank you, I really appreciate that. It's hands down my most favorite game series, I play it pretty much every day and have been for years now.
Good news I’m in fallout bad news I’m in brotherhood of steal fallout sadly
It'd all good, they are all worth fishing for. Very good vendors in your local settlement.......if you can find them.
Thanks Moe!
Thank you Jack for always being so active and for your support.

You don't need to rescue Rex 1st. I just got her 2 days ago as a settler & hadn't rescued Rex.

I really hope that fumnail isn't ai
Yeah it is
The Vault Boy was aided by AI, the rest was not. Either taken from the Game or done by hand.
Welp, I guess it's time for a new playthrough. lol
Nice one. Try to get them early on, they can be harder to get at later levels. Especially if you have the DLCs.
