Hello there Mr. Bangers & Mr. Chumley-Warner (thank you for the reminder of the harry enfield show). I'm so glad you created this channel. Your humour brightens up my day especially if it happens to be a bit of a rough time of it. I'm a fellow musician and composer based in Wales but from Yorkshire originally. I look forward to your content, especially when it comes to synths / drum machines. Your last video with "dog in the background" had me and my mum both laughing so much, so, please may we have more dog? Well, Behringer certainly pulled the rabbit out of the hat today... the LMDRUM, due in the UK by feb 2025, can't wait to run my fingers around this. Remember you mentioned the minipops 7... It would be nice if Behringer could release this or a minipops combining the sounds of the different models released, maybe a reproduction of the roland CR78. OK VST's are good, but when you're more reliant on a tactile interface for production, it's better working with hardware. a bit of a clue there for you :). I rely on feel and sound as I'm fully blind, so yep, computers are both a blessing and a curse especially when you have to listen to this bloomin thing speaking every day, but hey, that's how it is. take care, a merry christmas to you both and a happy new year. Lew. UK
hi lads brill video again WAVE ordered from Andertons this afternoon i cant wait just need the Lm Drum now bring me one back with you unless i can come as well
Swords and Surges on pre-order to add to my Brains, Abacus, Chaos (x2), Four Play (x2), Four LFO, SpaceFX (x2), Radar, Victor, 121, 1630, 921A, 921B, 305, 2600, 960, 962, 961, and 960. I do have plenty of Eurorack modules made by other companies too, but can't beat Behringer for value/$.
let me start by saying that I really love what Behringer has created and what they are trying to do however, I feel like sometimes they miss the mark on understanding the experiences with some of these fabulous vintage synthesizers by not selling the accessories that were partnered with these devices, such as the PPG waveterm or the PPG EVU "rackmount". Selling this synthesizer without these accessories is tandem to selling a Lamborghini with regular car doors. while you may still get a sports car, it just doesn’t feel right and is a major part of the experience.
I wish I had more money, I still have deepmind 12, Ub-Xa, system 15 and Wing on my shopping list.. but this is gonna come after that... This got out of the hand really quickly.. don't really need to think what I'm going to buy next year...
Dang I was hoping it would either be so cheap that I couldn’t not buy it or so dear that I wouldn’t even think of getting one and now they go and put a price tag that’s almost exactly in the middle of those two 😀in fairness if it’s even close to the real thing that price is amazing. Now how do I go about getting funds approved for one !!!
i don't see any hint of extra features ... yes a very nice price reduction on those two (existing) rd-6 models: but highly doubtful that it's any kind of special new release edition. The best possible extra feature would be an independent Clap control
dont waste your money just stick to the vst of this classic your not geting anything better its just a mini computer in a metal case these companies are just taking the piss out of people and poeple just cant see it throwing money away at something they dont need
I think you slightly miss the point here. It's more than sound alone, its about itself interaction and experience of having a physical instrument. Tweeking a vst and playing a synth with instantly reachable knobs and buttons is a whole world away from a keyboard and mouse. Yes, you can map controllers, but then they do not correlate directly to the parameters, they need to be remembered. If it's only the sound, sure, get the vst.
@@TheSynthnutI’ve got four Logic plugin emulators on my Mac and I’m craving some physical input to be honest - my panorama’s got CC and and all that but it’s just not the same (I think) If I _do_ get any spare cash next year I’m very very tempted by the Wave. Loved the patches on the demos I’ve seen. 🎉
They’re lovely down to earth fellas and their chat and character are part of their charm which is why people like them, no polish or false airs and graces and good honest enthusiasm for the gear. Keep it up guys! 👍
Got my micro delivered yesterday after seeing it on your channel 👍 thank you 😊

Wait a sec; an rd-6 with extra features? Edge cover? Naw, I put my Edge, Crave, etc into proper wooden cabinets. Cheers, B-Bros! 🎉

I bought the vst of PPg v3 and wasn't impressed. The Microwave vst sounds better by a thousand miles, in my humble opinion

Guys, sorry to say, you talk too much. Couldn't we have heard some of what the instruments sound like? Good luck.

As the title says, they are giving you news. It takes seconds to do a search on TH-cam and click on a link to a video.
@@MrMikomi check out the 2 behringer official videos you can hear all the great sounds of the wave there
