    If I take NMN later in the afternoon, I'll have trouble sleeping. First thing in the morning has always been best for me. Interesting research! Thank you!

      Hi thanks for sharing. I found that taking it in the evening affected my sleep as well, but midday was OK for sleep, however according to this it looks sub-optimal. So, first thing in the morning it is!

    I love the science behind nmn, however for me Quercetin is more noticeable, energy and facial appearance improvements.

      In order to properly gauge what you're asserting, one would have to 'note' the effect taking only NMN had, stop taking it, and then take only quercitin in order to note comparative outcomes ...all the while ensuring that no other contributing factor played any possible role. You will understand if readers find it unlikely your assertion finds basis in such "fortuitous rigor."

      @@thomasraywood679 yes I’ve took them separately, jeez, I’ve been researching the health sciences etc for 40 years, I don’t look my age, not even close, I’m doing something right, nmn made me depressed every time I used it (yes TMG also) different doses, eventually it evened out but I still seemed a bit flat and joyless, anyways I’ve kinda gave up somewhat, I take about 50mg because of the research, I like other stuff ( not metformin) heads up, I think high grade methylene blue is super interesting, definitely going to get bigger than currently, check it out.

    This is why lipo is crazy, it stays in blood for too long and pushes circadian rhythms out of phase.

      On the other hand the lipo tech is kinda necessary. since otherwise you're vomiting out a lot of NAM and fucking with methyl groups... Some of us also don't like fasting mimicking with fat and might prefer water with lipo capsules. - Meat based KD sprinter
