I think having landing gears too close to each other doesn't help to have a stable landing on it's feet.
The Spitfire seems to have the same thing, but my P51D is better as it's gears are more spaced apart but when it glides really slow just before the touch down tends to loose balance which makes it difficult to have a stable landing.

Good video, i have minispitfire and when you fly in beginer mode in hand free some times it tend nose down very heavy in few seconds.Do you know why it hapends? Thanks.
