Very well designed, and it should be built with one-way glass so people outside just see a mirror, yet those on the inside can see out. I have actually seen a tiny house that utilises that type of glass. It's great to make the home feel spacious.
I would put two next to each other with an atrium patio in between and connecting them. A small jacuzzi on the bottom and a plant atrium above with a winding staircase
There is a tiny house on the market with the walls made of one-way glass. Even the bathroom walls are made of it, and it is impossible to see into it from outside, even at night with the lights on!
Personally i don't really like glass house as there's no security ensured. I always magine having a zombie apocalypse that how can i survive with glassy house like this 😂😂
Impressive! Would love more details on how it anchors to the ground for extreme weather and perhaps even how it can anchor to a raised platform if one wanted to have a garage or open space underneath it.
Hallo saya sangat menyukai desain anda., terutama yang saat ini., ketika saya melihat ada di benak pikiran saya apa bisa di bikin satu lantai untuk 2 kamar, kayanya sangat menarik👍👍👍
I think you probably would NOT add anything! It's pre-engineered, pre-fabricated. If you want a different model you'd probably just get THAT if it existed.
I haven't yet figured out how to see the exterior rear of the house. Plus not even sure if the bathroom is upstairs or down though I'm guessing the former. Personally I'd modify the plans for way less window space and some double hung curtains on the tall ones so you could still get plenty of light w/o passersby seeing all your business. If you put a sofa bed downstairs, you could turn that upstairs into some good storage.
Sometimes less is more, when the kids are grown and the kids have grown..downsizing on a nice little slice of heaven with just enough room, and cash in your pocket.
It would be so cool if I wanted to expand that kind of house they just prebuild it and then just deliver it and either install it on top or like the side.
Looks clean. If it had a tinted glass feature then it wouldn't be too bad. Being constantly seen by the world sounds cool until you have 30,000 of these side by side in a community. 😅
I would transform the bathroom from upstairs into a wardrobe and put the shower downstairs. And make more space for clothes, because in this house at least with 2 people need a lot of space for things.
I love it! Feels nice inside, I love being connected with nature. I wonder about shipping the materials from the Philippines to the USA? Quite a cost difference as long as shipping isn't too crazy, could the materials be put in shipping containers?
You know the technology used in Japanese transparent washroom and they are controlled by a remote or phone and would automatically switch on/off at certain times of the day. I'm just yapping my thoughts but if they are added this could actually become a normal hotel or Airbnb. I'm sure many and many influencer would come here. It could bring a lot of people. Like a futuristic home or smt 😅
2 next to each other with private garden in middle and a container across back to fill space made into a corridor with a deck on container and id be happy ... small drive and high fences or walls and gates
I don’t understand why this couldn’t be built to comply with building codes. It looks plenty safe enough. To me, this kind of small home is exactly what a market with a lack of small affordable homes would be looking for.
@@carolyneasley8980 One issue would be car density for the roads (and parking). Another would be sewer lines. It's nothing that couldn't be resolved tho. In my city some condo's were blocked because the streets were already congested and the condos would have turned the area into gridlock.
Instead of making it two stories, I would make it one. However, I would separate the buildings. One would be for living room, kitchen-dining room, and bathroom for visitors. The other building, about 10 meters away, would be for 1 bedroom with bathroom and closet hallway, and the space next to the bedroom would be a library office. Both buildings would be connected by a 10-meter covered hallway. The rest of the space between the rooms would be a garden, with space to place patio chairs and a hammock under a pergola on one side of the hallway.
@@IraSol37 they show all these wonderful concepts but you can't buy them in Australia, hope they get them out here a display village id say would be at least 100 thousand in price each
The radius corners look great on the outside but on the inside would be a nightmare to fit furniture around, it means all the units have to be cut into which would destroy their integrity, and all the glazing would have radius aluminium corners which to my knowledge are not possible in windows as they are all extruded profiles.
Did I miss something? Where is the front door? Also suggestions: Less glass, a storage cabinet in the powder room over the toilet, a full height wardrobe in the smaller bedroom and drapes or blinds.
There is no way the material costs are only $20,000 for this house. The glass alone will be well over $10,000. Regardless, really great design and I'd love to see more houses like this actually get built.
Most people don't want or need to have windows to stare out of. Two small windows would suffice - one tall and narrow - the other about 4ft wide, 3ft deep.

@@shidoriyah No, it's specially treated glass.

I agree but you can buy a one way mirror glass to put on the existing glass and it's gonna work just fine. Not a big deal.
Finally my house can look like my computer case.

You know, there is this thing called curtains that can be automated or manually moved. However, they are great for providing privacy when you want it.

Curtains. Yes. Great idea.
Would have to put this in a really private spot in the woods or cliffside view
