This has got to be the saddest, most relaxing music to ever exist. It has this melancholy that makes me want to stay in bed all day and has this calm yone that makes it easy for me to sleep. A masterpiece.
I know this rendition of this song is popularly used in creepypastas, and obviously from a horror game but it hits me right in the feels when I hear it. It really invokes a deep reflection of myself and who I am today. I don't know what it is about the melody, even as simple of a chord progression it follows, but it invokes feelings that make me reflect on my past, specifically choices and mistakes I've made. It really makes me ponder on all the what-ifs in my life, along with all else that could have been had I chosen different paths along the way.

Silent hill 2 is truly a (Stand alone game), it's story on the surface is creepy, but then you learn that this is not a (Black/White) story. it's many different shades of grey. it's charters are based on real life struggles. This game tackles some dark material, Murder, death, child molestation, suicide etc. I recommend most folks to play it, it's not just a game, but a message on how you deal with life. Either rise above or be consumed by the monsters. DAM this game was symbolic. it just sucks most call of duty kids, nowadays will never play it.

To go back and start again can lead to many new outcomes that weren't as easily seen before, or in my case, I'd restart only to relive and fully immerse myself into the time I had with people met, as to make the choices I made more apparent and concrete.

Not the easiest song to transpose on the piano I think, given the messy structure of the original, but I love the chords you came up with during the second part of the main solo. You really respected the tone and mood of the Silent Hill universe, kudos for that! You might be confusing it with "Promise (Reprise)" which could be considered another piano version of the original "Promise" even though they both sound very different.

I'm17 now.. 1month from 18.. i remember listening to Mrcreepypasta with my best friend back when we were 11 or somthing just very young. and we recently lost contact because im a bad friend.. but those days were so great.. playing pokemon and sneaking around the house listening to these.. growing up sucks guys.. you cant ever have a justifyable reason to be a kid anymore.... but im now happy to teach my daughter that, and so she can be a kid and be happy:)
