We're continuing our Porsche road-to-prototype story with the 904's successor, the 906/Carrera 6, which won in-class and went 4-5-6-7 overall at the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans behind the now-famous Ford trio.

@@commotoed this was Porsche's peak styling era, I think. The 908 will be later than one thinks! For some weird reason, Porsche's understanding of numbers was non-linear and we go 906-910-907-908. But we will get there! Haha
