    Day two down! I normally dislike 1 hour workouts but had this week off and thought to push myself a bit more. I am glad I did. I love this series.

    I love circuits and repeats, but I know that might not be a popular opinion 😆 I enjoy doing the earlier workouts on active rest days, one day I hope to be able to say I have completed all the videos on the channel!

    The best part is, you don't talk during workouts which is such a great relax. Cos when the trainer is continuously talking and pushing me... My form goes bad as I become anxious to do more n more reps within the given time instead of taking it slow n steady, feeling every rep.

    I am proud of myself for doing lateral and front raises with 20's for the first and then 17.5's for the second and third rounds!

    Absolutely the best work out in the world. I’m 49 years old, 2 kids, 6 dogs, and no time for Gyms...I love workout, I’m fit but in times of pandemia everything online is better. this woman is strong, inspired and realistic. Thanks ....and Im glade that I found you Caroline 🌈💓🇵🇹

    Finished all Epics and now working my way through old workouts that I haven't done. A oldie but goodie! Used 6kg all the way through. 18 months ago this would not have been possible but it is all down to Caroline!

    I have followed you through out lockdown and love your exercises. I broke my foot last week and after a week of rest I’m climbing the walls. This workout is brilliant for no impact on my foot. I did the push ups on my knees and swapped the pike one for a plank (moon boot on). Thanks again x

    Dear Caroline; I enjoy your workouts and your workouts prove that not every work out needs to be killer cardio HIIT or Tabata type (even if I love those) to be efficient. The body should be worked out in details. by blocks as you train us in these 1 hr sessions. Thank you dear!

    Hardcore as ever Caroline, proper time under tension on the abs and they're on fire. Arms are pumped too. I had to improvise a bit with one 16KG kettlebell and 2 6kg ones but this worked fine. Thank you for your smile this pushes everyone through 😀💖

    This is great, I love it, It didn't feel like 1 hour, and it is so good that you don't talk, it is very easy to follow you because your movements are so clear, and I like the timer a lot!! You are the best!

    Great workout girl! Loved the format of this with the grouping to burnout each muscle group. I did change up some of the ab moves as my neck was straining but the hubs kept with it. We finished with the 4 minute plank - which I made it!! 💪🏻 I did ‘shift’ like you did but didn’t drop to my knees! 🥳

    Hi Caroline. Day 2 completed...very good. I am soaked in sweat again! I thought the 50 secs on 10 secs off format worked really well...kept the intensity up. Abs were good...they burned at the end of each round and 3 rounds felt good. I used a black (extra heavy) band for the arms which made it tough but doable. Of course the press ups at the end were hard. I almost couldn’t do the last set of pike push ups...but then the end of a workout like this is meant to be hard. Great workout again...looking forward to tomorrow’s instalment. Happy Tuesday! Matthew

      Hi Caroline. My current schedule is to run twice a week and to do one session of HIIT. When my gym is open I would do spinning instead sometimes. On other days I would do a mixture of body con, aerobics, step etc. I’m happy to work out each day...but keep a variety. Your routines are fantastic for this. I have just turned 60. I can’t believe it but it is true! But I am very healthy and have kept completely free of injury. Actually I think you just have to work harder as you get older...especially in maintaining muscle mass. Speak soon. Matthew

    Smashed ✔️ Used 7.5kg DBs. 3rd round.. already tough lifting with lateral and frontal raises. Also need to pause and reset every 3 pushups in the last two sets. Great workout! Thanks CG! 😊

    Challenge #2 completed! I'm nowhere near as sweaty as yesterday. I thought today's workout was more about precision. I feel I need to make the abs sets a bit more challenging, but on the other hand it was good to have a breather after yesterday. I also need heavier dumbbells to make it a real challenge. Your channel caught my attention specifically because of the upper body workouts. Looking forward to tomorrow's session! P.S. Glutes & quads keep reminding me of yesterday. :P

      Hello! Yes I certainly wasn’t as sweaty but that isn’t a sigh you didn’t work hard! Some exercises like holds really make me warm and obviously HIIT! I’m sure you feel the burn in the abs though! 😉cx

    Really loved this one, especially how the exercises are combined! I could definitely feel my abs with the upper body dumbbells just after the abs session, which is very nice touch 😅 seriously, amazingly done, thank you!

    YESSSS!!! Loved this workout!!! I did find the pike push-ups a bit challenging so I used a low table to assist and make it easier. Made it to the end and I'm proud... Great workout... Definitely felt the burn

    To anyone wondering: I am a woman at „advanced beginner“ level doing this workout for the first time and I take 4kg, 5kg or 6kg dumbbells. Maybe 3kg for the last set - let’s see how it goes... 😂🥵
    Quads still hurt from yesterday's workout, but that’s okay as they are not really stressed here... LOVIN' IT, great job Caroline!

      Hello Danelle! Thanks for your question! Can I ask do you mean with equipment of some sort?
      If looking to slim down waist, I would suggest the same applies if trying to gain definition to whole body. A tight and strong core, lowering body fat percentage, increasing size of shoulders... these are some ways you can make waist smaller/appear smaller! Cx

      Thank you for the response! I meant a mix of some shoulders + obliques/ lower abs. I think that’s what I was referring to for a slimmer waist illusion. That combo would be awesome!
