Pilates Reformer Workout | 15 Min | Legs 💜 Reformer Footwork Series

  • This pilates reformer workout is one of my favorite sequences for reformer - footwork (which is really all about the entire lower body, the core, and the pelvis, despite the name). Here is a 15 minute lower body pilates reformer footwork variations sequence, including a few ballet-inspired moves.
    This class uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.

    The single-leg extensions - especially ballet-flavored - were my favorite.
