I’m Aries Sun + Moon, so I watch the Aries readings but I just wanted to give some advice about Neptune in the 1H transit. Im an Aqua rising so I’ve been through this already but I’d like to make some suggestions because this can be a dangerous transit (not to scare you but forewarned is forearmed). I experienced things like falling asleep at the wheel while driving, becoming an alcoholic and dealing with long term gut issues because of it, overeating, and not seeing things clearly. Also getting involved with people who were addicts etc. Please try to focus on adequate rest. Avoiding addiction if you can because it’s worse when Neptune is here. People will project onto you, they will idealize you because this transit also makes you more physically attractive as you now have a glamour effect, but it will affect how they treat you. People who need healing will see you as a savior as well and you can be taken advantage of. Saturn being here at the same time may help for a while but it will only be there for 3 years. Neptune will be here for 14, so just be prepared for fogginess. Relationships will not be clear and Neptune is romance so if you fall in love during this transit, be prepared for a painful descent or disillusion of the relationship if you’re not seeing it clearly.
I am Pisces rising … can’t wait for Neptune to switch signs (but there we go Neptune comes to my Venus at 1deg of Aries and Sun at 4deg of Aries shortly…and there will be Saturn there.)
A new YT subscriber but have been listening to your podcast for several years now. This year for me is1st house profection, Aries rising. Mars retrograde in Cancer has brought a HUGE overhaul in my 1st house topic (body), especially with me successfully starting an exercise regime at home (4th house). It started when Mars first ingress in Cancer and I think the retrograde in Cancer will only enhance what I already started at home in terms of my exercise (routine, equipment, online streaming service for workouts, etc.). Also 15 years ago (where Mars retro in Cancer), I started taking JuJitsu class as a means for self-defense/to feel safe, since we lived in a not-so-nice neighborhood (4th house topic), now I'm finding I'm doing JuJitsu again at home as exercise (because we've moved to a better neighborhood). So I've come full circle, thanks to Mars and its energy -- I've never felt healthier since I was in my 20s. This will prepare me well for when Saturn finally ingress into Aries later!
Also, Mars retro in Leo to me has been always about finishing up old projects/old classes/revisiting old materials. My natal mars is in 5th house, and I am an artist, so the last time Mars retro in Leo, I found myself finishing up old project, dusting up old technique that I learned in some art classes that I took here and there but never really used for my own projects. During that time, I was all caught up with my client projects, my own personal projects, etc. I am a night chart and Chris is right, Mars retro has always been beneficial to me up to now (knock on woods).
Awesome, way to go! That is a great way to use that energy with the Mars retrograde in your 4th! I think that is a good reminder that Mars retrogrades can often just mark important life turning points, especially for Mars-dominant people.
Thanks Chris. Going through some health issues now and feeling the need to take better care of myself as I am aging(body and mind) Going back to stay at my sister's house in spring for a few weeks while she is traveling overseas.
I feel that! I hope you find that stay at your sisters place to be a good way to recharge while Jupiter is transiting your 3rd house of siblings still early next year.
I’ve struggled my whole life with mental illness - my parents have not been supportive or understanding. I was hospitalized eventually a few years back, got on the right treatment and I’ve been doing better ever since. My parents have now seen what I’m capable of and have softened a lot. They’ve become understanding of my mental health and now it feels peaceful for once! So peaceful it feels strange. I’m an Aries Sun, Mercury and Mars! 🐏
Well.. I am in Europe and we where warned to prep for war and have emergency kits ready at home. With the transits coming, my nodal return on the way (pisces) and my age (over 50). I feel my life is taken away from me. Mars now retro in my 8. I just got out a pluto square sun period of 3 yrs, am a 29° aries and now I am not thrilled at all whats ahead. Am also a nightchart, sun 4th house. Normally i try and stay positive but the transits finally knocked me of my feet as my biggest fear is around the corner and my energy is deteriorating. I want to leave this continent. Sorry for my long story, not helping uplifting other people’s mood. Am a (single) mother and don’t want this future for my child in this world where we live in now. Never imagined this
