Ordered mine just a few days ago. I will like it. It's my first 3D printer. Just a small tip, your screen capture seems to have blown out colors, probably due to HDR being ON. You should turn HDR off before screen capturing or just use some kind of tone mapping.
Hi Jimmy, I am a beginner and thinking about purchasing the Creality Ki 3D printer. I mainly want to create 1:12 scale miniature dollhouse furniture and want to know would this work for me?
Missed the BFD but found several at $389 BUT they could not confirm the extruder/hotend updates. Just ordered from Creality the K1, found a camera and Nozzle kit on Amazon, can't find the AI LiDAR device anywhere, yet. I have two TronXY X5SA but by the time I upgrade just one of them for speed, hotend, enclosure I would have spent more than the K1 cost, I'll wait on the K1 MAX as currently it is about twice the price for 60mm bigger, while the A/C heated bed is niece I wonder why no reviews talk about the power cost to run the A/C heat bed?
How good is the bed adhesion with this K1 speed printer? I’m having very little luck when printing anything big with the Ender 3 max Neo. I have tried very thoroughly washing the bed with rubbing alcohol & dish soap, and then putting everything from hairspray to nano polymer adhesive on it and no large object will stick long enough to finish!! is the K1 speed printer any better as far as bed adhesion???
The bed is so shiny and does not look like mine at all, almost looks like you did not take off the plastic protection on the bed plate or do you use a different plate?
just as a reference for the benchy test, you said most printers do it 40 minutes, thats still fast, i have an ender 3 v2 and it prints a benchy in about an hour and a half
@jimmyispromo for sure! Was just giving you a heads up. I just got my K1 last night and i think im in love lol. Ive had a ender 3 v2 and a neptune 4 pro, the k1 is superior to both, but need to do more testing. Great video by the way!!
i havent checked. you mean Alexa or Google Home? you want to turn it on or off? or send it directions to print? From my understanding on and off could be done with a switch plugin, yes. But the sending something to print, looks like it can be sent via, your phone or computer (WLAN) Locally like USB drive or upload files to the Creality Cloud

What settings did you change for the silk PLA and the glow. Also did this brand of filament print as well as the Creality hyper PLA?
For the silk, I selected Silk-PLA. For the glow, I chose Generic-PLA.

so far no issues if you put a little glue on it. i dont use much. just a fast swipe around and an X and it has always worked.
that 7 min print is a volumetric flow test. it's to show off the speed, and max flow rate of the printer.

For the first few prints, yes it was on there then noticed and took it off. surprisingly did well.

Oh wow. Guess there are so many printers out there and times vary. The other I had did it in 40. This K1 is just super steady
