Wow, just found this video. This is something that would sure be nice to make. We're in Chinese Week now, but when we have a Week open without meals selected, this one is gonna be cooked.

The snow peas are missing off ingredient list,,, not a big deal, just FYI. Love this recipe

I'm lovin' your video... everything is 🎯🎯 when I saw you zesting the lime@ 6:15 I had to laugh a bit. I've gifted many of the microplane graters to friends over the years. Not too long ago I came across Chef Jean Pierre's channel and he did a bit on zesting citrus ... it stuck with me... here's the 5sec. clip ..... th-cam.com/video/-LaZvctwb6Y/w-d-xo.html he says 'don't be a ding dong"🤣🤣🤣🤣 (his method really does work better)

@@chefsarahsmith6985 👍👍 I forgot to mention I really like your intro music. Yeah, that guy's a hoot, but always entertaining and educational He had a very successful restaurant in Fla for years and then opened a cooking school.

Why do chefs flip the food like that is it just to show off 😂 because I definitely have to use a spoon or I will spill all the food on the floor
