Hello. I have also experienced vertigo but my doctor says it is not possible it fully comes from my anxiety. I believe it does come fully.from my anxiety. Can you explain what kind of vertigo (attacks) you got?
Whenever I’m feelings anxious I get up and leave in my car 🚗 and it seems to help . I also noticed getting rid of toxic relationships help you . So , get rid of people who don’t support you .
Anyone else get the infamous brain fog as well from anxiety, that affects memory, concentration and other things, not forgetting the feeling of a dreamy state like you're in a bubble

I haven't felt symptoms in a few years I thought I was over anxiety but 2020 brought it all back. The fatigue, chest heaviness muscle weakness hard to breath feeling like im going to fall when I walk its all back. I try not to stress and pray. Accepting that I cant control everything and take time to rest. This is what helps me. Its reassuring knowing other people feel these symptoms as well. I just want to encourage you to never give up. You are stronger than you think you are. When anxiety hits try to reassure yourself that its going to be OK. I know its hard but your tough you can get through this. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Best way for anxiety is to realize you have nothing to be afraid of. This is the most important thing. If you have anxiety that means you have a negative belief.
Exactly. The wife constantly reminds me of this. Always talking me of the bridge. Great to have someone around to wake you up and remind you that will all be okay
@@apsaraassam548 if you view it as a disorder than you will never get past anxiety. You gotta find the thing that makes you anxious. Of course it takes time and the perfect situation the person can realize it. You can’t force it.
I always listen to music when I feel anxious or overwhelmed. It helps me calm down and focus on what I need to focus on, like my next class or a task at home. I also seperate myself from the situation, if I can.
I'm actually watching this while laying on my bed because of really bad dizzy spells, these aren't as often but still nasty, so this came up at the perfect moment. It's a real pain as I do suffer from most of these! I am so sick of it but it's sadly part of my life now. Thankyou for explaining it in more detail to people, as it's not just worrying about everything there is so much more to it then that.

@@shyaaammeneen63 wtf has God got to do with it? Meditation is spiritual that doesn't mean religion! Religious beliefs are a cause of anxiety for some ppl
@@domwaller7391 God has nothing to do with it. It just gives you some peace of mind. Meditation is not spiritual. It is a personal individual experience that can take you to higher stats of consciousness.

I can’t believe I’m seeing this I do this all the time I sit in my car at the hospital to calm myself down so sad we have to go through this I just want to feel regular been going through this since age 16, I’ll be 31 years old in just two days
I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder when I was a teen, but I just learned that these symptoms you mention in this video are actually related to that! They always freak me out a lot but it is actually very helpful to know that they are just linked to these disorders( especially the pressure in the head, dizziness and weakness in legs - this is exactly what I get and I never knew!) Thanks for this video! life-changing!
@@sumitmehra6746 I still get anxiety, but one of the things that helped me more than anything is meditation. At first there is only a slight improvement, but overtime your brain forms the right neurons to keep your anxiety down more long term. It takes time and a dedicated spiritual practice, but this is really what helped me. I believe there is always a cause for these disorders, whether its trauma related or lifestyle related, there is a cause. Meditation helped me work through the causes. I hope that helps!
I know this is a vid from 3 years ago. But I searched for anxiety symptoms and this video helped me so much. I feel like when I learn about the symptoms it soothes me knowing that I am not in actual danger, it's just my anxiety kicking in. In the moment it is crazy scary, but when Im after it it calmes me when I try to rationalise the symptoms. Like... "Remember, anxiety can cause hella lot scary symptoms. You are dizzy, your head hurts. It's okay, it will get better." You have to talk to yourself like when you try to calm your friend. Lol But it also helps when I talk to somebody about it. And they reassure me that it's fine. I get it out of my system what is happening and somebody is aware of it and can help. It makes me a bit rwlieved, then I can calm myself down. But when Im alone in town, it is still hard for me. I look around and can only think about people looking at me. I think I might have social anxiety as well... but when im in that situation I try to gather strenght and just go with the flow. Like whatever happens it happens. But when I'm in intense stress my gag reflex kicks in. I don't throw up, but my body does this to relieve the stress in my body. It was scary at first but now i know why it happens. Also I listen to music a lot. Anywhere I go. And it helps to distract my mind.
Before I had an anxiety attack for the first time I had the following: 1. Tension headache 2. Dizziness/ 3. Palpitations 4. Back neck pain 5. Shortness of breath 6. Pressure in chest 7. Stomach ache 8. Pulsatile tinnitus
To me it all started with just 3 symptoms Tension Headaches Neck stiffness Dizziness At first I assumed I just need new glasses cuz I have a poor eyesight but later on it started to progress where I have racing thoughts, rumination, nervousness and the symptoms explained in the video I already have tinnitus for so long but it progressively got worst since I had attacks I can even hear popping or a bang, went to the doctor and I was cleared of possible serious illnesses. #anxietysucks!
I have had every symptom known and all the ones he mentioned. I have suffered this since a teen. I don’t wish this on anyone . I have body trembling, heart racing , headaches, body aches , weak legs , nausea, night sweats , stomach issues , eye problems , tight chest like I’m trying to catch my breath, it’s worse with pms and if i get sick it’s bad. Now my son suffers , he has chronic constipation .
I think the best thing is to talk to someone about why you feel like this. I tend to worry a lot and feel anxious and confused yet when I talk about it to someone I can see clearer and things don't seem as scary................................................. EXAMPLE..... Like now I'm about to move and get a job and I'm excited sometimes yet sometimes I'm terrified and upset that things are going to change but when I talk about it I can see another perspective a more positive one and calm down. I have to keep reminding myself of the positives to stay happy and enjoy the ride.
Thank you Dan for the extra info. I now realize my son's anxiety is acting up on days he wants to miss school. He always complains that he's dizzy. I thought it was he's bad sleeping habits. I too suffer from anxiety and find that going on a drive and playing my favorite music LOUD and putting the air conditioner on helps. Or eating / crunching ICE helps. But I'm pretty sure it's very bad for my teeth. Thanks Dan keep up the great work! 👍🏼
Oh my god, I love to put the air conditioning on too, puts me back to focus. I feel like I can’t breath or I’m having a brain fog when I’m driving for a long period of time
When she's not in meltdown, music seems to help my daughter the most, have frequent anxiety too. Prayer/meditation and soothing music help a lot, I'm a crafter so making something helps too.
I’ve been having anxiety attack symptoms Heart palpitations Chest pain - stinging - shoulder pain and neck Numbness Shortness of breath I’m hopefully gonna get medication 😭been so worries about my health and my mental health lately thanks for this video ❤️helped me a lot to understand I’m not alone ❤️❤️❤️
I feel like the older I get the worst my anxiety gets. These past days have been actually really bad for me. I felt like my heart is about to explode 😞
Having anxiety sometimes makes me think I’m crazy.... the best way I could describe this feeling is like having every bad memory I’ve ever experienced and constantly played in my head, on top of that the negative thoughts and “what if” scenarios start playing in my head. Finally there’s this sort of weird gut feeling, almost like when you’re about to drop in a rollercoaster, or fall of a chair... except you never end up dropping in the rollercoaster, and you never end up falling from the chair. Anxiety is seriously the worst. Anyone have any progress stories?
felt so good seeing this. I thought i was the only one with how this makes me feel. It makes me feel like i’m dying LITERALLY! anyone els feels the same way ? with my symptoms i get blurry vision , kinda like a heavy head / Dizzy feeling , off balance , just not feeling connected to reality at all , always have a weird gut feeling like something bad is going to happen , consistently thinking something is extremely wrong , the “ what ifs “ it’s terrible and i just want it to stop
Remember that you can get out of your anxiety but there are absolutely no quick fixes. I was always searching for a quick fix and when it didn’t work after a couple of days I gave up and went searching for something else. What I’ve come to realize is that all the things I’ve tried in the past actually do work but you need to give it time. I’ve been dealing with generalized anxiety and health anxiety for almost 20 years. Today my health anxiety is basically gone and I’d say my overall anxiety levels are 10-15% of what it used to be.
Brisk walking for 30-60 minutes used to calm me down. Also, deep meditation using binaural beats audio brings you into more relaxed brainwave states which you actually feel physically!
I want to thank you for this video it helped a lot with certain problems I'm having. Ask her how I relax, I tried to do something either do dishes or do some cleaning or go for a walk or get my mind off what's going on by watching TV or video or doing an audiobook. Your video helped me know I'm not completely crazy but the physical symptoms I'm suffering are part of what's going on that helps thank you
My panic attacks started with everything feeling like it was moving in 2x speed and everyone was yelling or talking loud even though they weren't and every sound and movement is aggressive. Now I've been getting shortness of breath and heart palpitations lately with them. I'm thankful for your information 🙏 really helpful, thanks again man.
Im having shortness of breath and I feel like I can feel my heart pound and my heart just beating fast it really sucks it’s been almost 1 week now and I cannot it’s hard how to control it I feel bad
Thank you for all your educational and amusing videos. I had IBS so bad last year. I was puking and having diareah so bad that I dropped to 88 lbs or 40 kg. I was literally dying and no one would take me seriously. I suffer all these symptoms. One more is nightmares. They are not all horrific but they will be super stressfull and physically exhuasting. I used to do repeatative exercises such as trampalean and foam roller but I had to learn to branch out and try less calorie consuming activities as I lost so much weight and energy. I began yoga, breathing, and forcing myself to set a timer and learn to relax and take a break by reading a book. Mimimilism is also something that I find helpful. I am not extreme but excess of everything is just too much for me to handle or manage. I try to get in nature more and I also found that changing my diet helps w cognitive functioning and that reduces confusion and stress. There are so many helpful things out there but as you mentioned I don't think that some of on the spectrum are as capable of readily recognizing or addressing our emotions. For years I was labeled as anxious and depressed but I was in denial because I was not self aware enough to recognize the symptoms. I got seriously ill from stress. I developed thyroid disorder and went into chronic adrenal fatigue. Learning I am autistic was vital to my being able to confront my mental health issues and provide myself with options to regulate myself without it taking such a physical toll on my health.
My anxiety almost always happens during or because of work. Not being at work for at least 2 weeks helps but, as soon as I have to go back, it comes right back.
Earlier this year I went to the hospital. I thought I was having a heart attack, but in fact it was having a panic attack. I would try to sleep and I couldn't. As soon as I would lay down, I'd feel my heart palpitations. My chest would be sore from the tightness. It still gets sore a bit, but I've been doing walking and eating a little better. I'm still trying to deal with it. I dont have blurred vision, or any of that. But I have noticed a drop in my energy. I'm 30, and I definitely didnt expect to feel this fatigued at times. Sometimes I do feel like I have shortness of breath.

I've been stressing alot lately over school and out of school clubs in the weekend, and since around August last year ish I've been going down hill alot, and I'm not getting any better, my therapies say its anxiety but I don't know, I do t want to believe them. The fact that I have all of these symptoms is worrying me and I'm scared for what the future may bring.this is the first video I have watched of yours, and no one has ever explained it as well as you have here, so thank you for posting this
I stated to freak out when my legs would shake cuz I didn’t understand why it was doing it. Never really experienced anxiety in my life so I it is a relief to know I wasn’t the only experiencing these weird moments. I also feel pins and needles all over my body, especially my forearms
Probably all the mentioned symptoms i has , now i realize that i m suffering form anxiety . Because i two times visited to Cardiologist , he told me you are fine , ur just suffering from anxiety . So thanks a lot for uploading such kind of videos
Wow, that’s so true. My husband and I and our three children are all on the spectrum and people are always complimenting us on our eyes also which are similar. I think I heard this somewhere in an autism conference about many people with autism having beautiful eyes. Maybe there is a genetic link with ASD and cool light coloured eyes.
Ann, Take some action. Meditation heals anxiety as it reprogrammes the mind. Watch alternate nostril breathing meditation videos on Google and do it for 5 to 10 minutes if possible twice a day. You can sit on a chair and do it. Inhale and exhale slowly feeling the relaxation flowing through your body and mind. Negative thoughts will reduce. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir, Mentor. same here, its even worser for me since i have Hypochondria and have Emotophobia as my number one fear, but i guess that phobia is a cause due to Hypochondriac thoughts.
I currently am suffering from anxiety and I just watched dozens of videos about it a while ago... But this is the video that made me realize not to worry to much. It was explained properly in a kinda not so scary way, just like he's just talking to a friend. I found out that re-watching this helps lessen my chest pain (plus the que sera sera song=). Thank you very much!!!
It is really annoying that it hits you out of the blue.. inside the car.. while talking to your friends etc. Panic attacks are the worst esp. If your pretending not having one cause you are too embarrassed 😩 I think I have all the symptoms mentioned esp. Stomach pains.. living with anxiety is very hard..
Wow I never knew a lot about anxiety. That must be difficult to deal with it. Like I've said before, I have not gotten a diagnosis of Asperger's but if I did, I would probably not have an anxiety disorder. I can be socially awkward and sometimes anxious, but I have not had any of these symptoms. This is good to know. Thanks Dan:)
go for a diagnosis anyway. i didnt know i have anxiety till the sphycologist explained thats whats cousing the frustration not the autism. one can hide the other.
Great video. I’ve been suffering from GAD for the past 20 months and it’s a daily struggle. I’ve had all these symptoms plus tingling feeling in hands and feet. Dizziness and fatigue have been my main symptoms and I do daily deep breathing exercises for 10 mins.
Tania Rodriguez I've had the same tingling feeling. It feels like a shock/electric feeling from my hands to my arms. What have you found to help you keep your mind off this?
LOVE your channel...now guardian of my 20 year old niece and I am able to relate so many things h is helping us both. Anxiety is an issue I to deal with and found meds difficult. I use a few pieces of ice in a baggie with a little water & place on bridge of nose for 30 seconds to a minute. It hits the sympathetic nerve & stops the adrenaline push causing the anxiety. Trust me nobody likes he could, however for me a minute of being uncomfortable is so much better than a full blown panic attack that can last hours. Learned from my doctor & have used this technique for years. Thanks again for your program...new subscriber.
Thanks alot your videos helped me alot I am already getting a diagnose because I got brave enough to do it because of all the information you give thanks love your videos ❤❤
Very interesting! I can honestly say I've experienced all the symptoms except the jelly-legs one. I'll have to look out for that, just to see if it makes itself apparent with my generalized anxiety disorder. In terms of for me, aside from medication like Ativan or an over the counter medication, I'd say for me, the best way for me to relax is to put in my earplugs + watch a tv show or watch a movie. Something to distract myself!
The best thing for me when I'm having some kind of anxiety attack or increased heart rate or sth is to take a couple of deep breaths, eat and drink a little bit and try to calm down in a comfortable position maybe even with relaxing music or sth you like if it's really bad.
Dan, you are a very likeable guy. I don‘t know if I’m on the spectrum, but I suppose so. It is really really helpful to see someone who‘s on the spectrum explaining and telling his own experiences. Even if I‘m not in the spectrum, it opened my eyes. Thanks for that and carry on!
A good way to calm yourself down is to meditate. You can either just close your eyes, and focus on your breathing, or what I do is I find a guided meditation video on TH-cam, and go through that As for managing my symptoms, I do it in 2 ways. I either channel it into something else, like artwork, or writing, or I try to distract myself from it, by listening to music, or playing video games, or even binge watching videos on TH-cam
The best way for me to overcome the symptoms of anxiety is to do pretty much nothing, except sit here and watch TH-cam. I experience very little anxiety when I'm alone. When I have to go out and do real world stuff, my anxiety level goes up. Rest and good food, definitely helps lower my anxiety. Exercise doesn't help me at all. Trying to exercise while I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety just makes it worse.
I found that focussing on my breathing helps when I'm having a panic attack. My partner bought me a vape and some nicotine-free liquid recently because my reason for smoking in the past was that it forces me to breathe, which in turn helps me to focus on something other than anxiety.
This is a great video, Dan. I definitely know that chest pain, exhaustion and stomach pain can cause anxiety but never dizziness - this is a really interesting one. I stomach pain when I’m stressed but does this link with anxiety? ✨⭐️
yeah🙌🏼✨ i ´ve got 8/10!!! Heart rate is the worst, especially at the supermarket...Or in middle of a Christmas dinner.Music and being creative helps me a lot. I still have my headphones with me .Music saves life .Thank you for all your vidéo, it’s in the public interest. 🙏🏼🖤
For me it's the sound of water, like waves on a lake or raindrops. That helps calms me. I usually will have a water sound going for example when trying to sleep.
Hi, I get the weird sensation down my neck and I never understood why, so thanks. I arranged to see an old school friend (three weeks ago) who I haven't seen in over 30 years and was getting more and more anxious until I couldn't eat properly and was not being able to function well at all. I started watching your videos two days ago and I'm actually finding watching them whilst crocheting is calming me down. I think I need to be absorbed in something to feel calmer. Also before I went (I saw her today and it went really well) I took 3 bulletproof Zen tablets which def help, though they are very expensive so I only take them when the anxiety gets really bad, I wore my flare earplugs and did some stimming. Thanks again, I'm only recently diagnosed and have a lot to learn, your videos are making me feel much better about myself : )
i know for me my best way for me to relax and calm down is just have someone i know talk about something else thats none stress related just something fun to get my mind on something else also sleep is a good thing
Very informative video. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations when taking a walk, at work, when reading, before sleep etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.
Yeah it sucks... I’ve been to the hospital twice for it. I get head tension, dizziness, heart palpitations, left side of my body feels weird, etc.. sometimes even full blown panic attacks.
Great video, I have raised hart rate, neck pain, shaking in my legs and arms, feel cold or really hot, exhausted, when I go to doctor they can’t find anything physically wrong but I suffer. During driving is the worst. Shortness of breath, hart goes crazy like I was running. It is really scary. I listen to anxiety relief music. I can’t have any negative people around me. I feel safest at home and work but scarred of driving even though I am excellent driver.
It sounds awful, but its somehow relieving to know others have this... The constant worry repeats itself because the anxiety makes you worry so much. I hope you're doing better
I get asthma attacks because of my panic attacks oof that really sucks happened to me last week, I almost fainted multiple times. anyways hope that everyone with anxiety and depression gets better, good luck everybody!!!
I think the best thing to keep me calm when I have an anxiety attack is probably listening to music very loudly just to kind of distract my mind from the panic
I get really cold and start shivering when I'm having an anxiety attack, it could be 80 degrees and I could be freezing and needing to put on layers to try and warm up
For my anxiety , to get any relief from it all depends on the trigger . sometimes I have to get away from the situation and just chill and listen to music . If I don't know what's causing it with music or watch a movie or show that I have seen before . I also suffer from depression so sometimes I can't always tell which it is. This video was great made me think of a couple things I might want to talk to my doctor about . thanks so much
The Aspie World I'm not sure if I have a form autism , I'm gonna try to get diagnosed soon hopefully. I've been watching your videos for a little while now so when I do go to the doctors to bring it up I can give them solid facts and things that I see in myself . this way I can give them clear picture . the only problem I have slightly against me is that some doctors still believe in the stigma of only boys/men have autism or that they can't talk . I'm still gonna fight for this though . thanks so much for your videos it helps me feel like I'm not alone and that I'm not crazy or don't know what I'm talking about.
Often, when I am stressed, especially when I had to much sensory stimulas, I feel often, my heart is beating so hard and unregular, I can't breathe well, and I feel disy, like on a ship, sometimes my eyes are effected and I have a kind of film over my eyes. Is that also a symptom? Have u ever listened something about the eyes? Thank you so much, you are doing great job.😀👍
I myself have aspergers and my anxiety has gotten terrible since I had my daughter and gotten married! But literally have everything I have ever wanted!
I'm 10/10 here. And my doctor insists I have "very mild" Asperger's. I get the pressure in my chest with both depression and anxiety. They are both terrible. Also, I can't help but giggle at your acting bits xD
This video is so accurate and has confirmed alot for me, just wanna thank you cause now i understand and when you understand what you're up against you deal with it better, big thank you!!
Hey Dan thanks for doing this video this is a topic that is always very misunderstood, I have done a video on Autism a couple of months ago, I’m filming a new video tomorrow about Autism and advocacy
I used to have bad anxiety, especially when I was a teenager and I have social anxiety (although I have done several public speaking events and once helped run a stall for butterfly conservation at a fair which meant interacting with people which I didn't find that bad)), but now nowhere near as bad as I used be as I used to get very uncomfortable in social situations as much that I could barely speak to people I didn't know as I felt unable to get the words out and would often go home felling quite upset at times as I felt unable to properly talk to people with out feeling shaky with an upset stomach. In the past year I have taken classes in stress management and mindfulness which really have helped me learn to deal with my anxiety and also boosted my confidence with meeting new people. I had alopecia once around 10-11 years ago as I was quite stressed then and it caused a part of my hair on my left side to go balding a little and grow back in white, and I used to have a pencil thin beard, but now can't even grow a beard like I used to as it just grows in brown and white and very patchy. I always find that listening to music helps me and I have a playlist of over 1700 of my all time favourites I like listening to, especially country, classical, orchestral, jazz, folk, TV show theme music and soundtracks, movie soundtracks and 60s, 70s and 80s music to name a few. I also making my own music and I play different musical instruments including Irish whistle and flutes, concert flute, recorder, panpipes, harmonica, piano (well keyboards as I have never played an actual piano), and have a violin that I want to start learning to play and I find when I play those I feel relaxed. I also find going for a walk in a more wild places surrounded by nature really helps me relax more than anything.
I think a long term way of dealing with stress would be keeping yourself physically healthy by exercise and healthy eating. And an immediate way of dealing with anxiety will probably be different for everyone but relaxing, controlling your breathing and doing something you like to help take your mind off it might help

Yes, but anxiety patient is not able to realize that he nothing to be afraid. Its a disorder.

Oh excellent, thank you for the comment!
Believe or not a couple weeks ago I was having a panic attack and what I did was keep my mind occupied
I started to wash dishes and that helped

I'm actually watching this while laying on my bed because of really bad dizzy spells, these aren't as often but still nasty, so this came up at the perfect moment. It's a real pain as I do suffer from most of these! I am so sick of it but it's sadly part of my life now. Thankyou for explaining it in more detail to people, as it's not just worrying about everything there is so much more to it then that.
Hey Becky! Thank you for the comment! Looking forward to another tech review!!!

I can’t believe I’m seeing this I do this all the time I sit in my car at the hospital to calm myself down so sad we have to go through this I just want to feel regular been going through this since age 16, I’ll be 31 years old in just two days
Thank you brother, you made me feel a bit relaxed! God bless you and everyone who’s here for this information.. Love from India 🇮🇳
How are you recoverd and in how much time?
Lol
But it also helps when I talk to somebody about it.
Before I had an anxiety attack for the first time I had the following:
1. Tension headache
2. Dizziness/
3. Palpitations
4. Back neck pain
5. Shortness of breath
6. Pressure in chest
7. Stomach ache
8. Pulsatile tinnitus
To me it all started with just 3 symptoms
Tension Headaches
Neck stiffness
Dizziness
At first I assumed I just need new glasses cuz I have a poor eyesight but later on it started to progress where I have racing thoughts, rumination, nervousness and the symptoms explained in the video
I already have tinnitus for so long but it progressively got worst since I had attacks I can even hear popping or a bang, went to the doctor and I was cleared of possible serious illnesses. #anxietysucks!
How did you resolve your problem?
Can shortness of breath always linger? I've done tests and met many doctors...can't find anything...
Yep had it two years now chronic muscle pain
Had it constant 2 years
I have had every symptom known and all the ones he mentioned.
You are right, Suppoet from friends is an awesome help.
I suffer with anxiety but I didn't know how most of things you've said relate to anxiety disorder. You've opened my eyes a lot dan, thank you
Thank you Dan for the extra info.
Hey no problem! Thank you for the comment and kind words!
Oh my god, I love to put the air conditioning on too, puts me back to focus. I feel like I can’t breath or I’m having a brain fog when I’m driving for a long period of time

I feel so much better now knowing that there is others who are like me, it's really a difficult state to be in.
Yes yes yes! This is really good!!!

Hey thank you for the comment.
My anxiety almost always happens during or because of work. Not being at work for at least 2 weeks helps but, as soon as I have to go back, it comes right back.
Wow! Thanks for this video ! I’m dealing with this right now . Sooo bad 🤦🏾♀️! Thank you 🙏🏾
Earlier this year I went to the hospital.

Wow, that’s so true. My husband and I and our three children are all on the spectrum and people are always complimenting us on our eyes also which are similar.

Ah interesting! Thank you for the comment.

Hey thank you for the kind words 😬⚡️! Perhaps you maybe?
I feel like I have a rubber band around my brain.
Yeah bruv tru dat
Its scary feeling.

Tension headache
I do too and my eyes feels strained.
A good way to calm yourself down is to meditate. You can either just close your eyes, and focus on your breathing, or what I do is I find a guided meditation video on TH-cam, and go through that
As for managing my symptoms, I do it in 2 ways. I either channel it into something else, like artwork, or writing, or I try to distract myself from it, by listening to music, or playing video games, or even binge watching videos on TH-cam
Meditation is awesome!
It’s a good method I watch documentaries.
awwww look at you have grown up so much ... what a legend ..
Thank you 😬⚡️
I found that focussing on my breathing helps when I'm having a panic attack. My partner bought me a vape and some nicotine-free liquid recently because my reason for smoking in the past was that it forces me to breathe, which in turn helps me to focus on something other than anxiety.
Hey thank you for the good advice I put!

This is a great video, Dan. I definitely know that chest pain, exhaustion and stomach pain can cause anxiety but never dizziness - this is a really interesting one. I stomach pain when I’m stressed but does this link with anxiety? ✨⭐️

Hey I totally get that! Thank you for the comment!
For me it's the sound of water, like waves on a lake or raindrops. That helps calms me. I usually will have a water sound going for example when trying to sleep.
Oh interesting.
That’s a good idea.
Same. Just wanna have fun, and sleep forever

Anxiety is the most worst thing to have. I deal with anxiety symptoms everyday. I never feel good anymore.
It feels like you have to vomit and your chest gets scared. I got scared one time and I never felt the same.
Yes🙁
It's just miserable, I just can't function like my usual self, are you taking any medication?
I think you showing how it looks is the best way to explain
My worst attack was when I couldn't speak and hardly breathe for a couple of minutes when I had to speak publicly....
Was awful.
Yes they can be pretty bad uh!?
This is spot on, thanks for this, made me feel better and understand the symptoms that I have.
Mindfulness Meditation
Yes very good!
I think the best thing to keep me calm when I have an anxiety attack is probably listening to music very loudly just to kind of distract my mind from the panic
I get really cold and start shivering when I'm having an anxiety attack, it could be 80 degrees and I could be freezing and needing to put on layers to try and warm up
Yeah that’s interesting. Thank you for the input and the comment.
Finally someone who I relate to this 100%
Same here
The freezing sensation is worst….I have it must of the time :(
For my anxiety , to get any relief from it all depends on the trigger . sometimes I have to get away from the situation and just chill and listen to music .

Hey thank you so much for the comment!

Hahaha my acting rules uh!? 😎
Oh awesome!! Tweet me the links! Thank you for the kind words!
Love the video, it should help many people. Most of your tips like walking and deep breathing I figured out on my own.
Yeah! Thank you for the comment.
I guess I had a panic attack yesterday. It was triggered by being forced to play sport and people yelling when I dropped the ball.
✌🏼.
when I'm in gym at college my legs allways go jelly like and most of the time I'm so weak in my legs I can't do anything
That could be a muscular tension issue from lactic acid. Or anxiety.
The Aspie World thanks 🙏
Im sorry you go through that.
I think a long term way of dealing with stress would be keeping yourself physically healthy by exercise and healthy eating. And an immediate way of dealing with anxiety will probably be different for everyone but relaxing, controlling your breathing and doing something you like to help take your mind off it might help
Yes all wise word here 🔥
High intensity exercise is the best stress reliever
Heck yes ⚡️
Thanks for the knowledge bro
