I was there sitting in the grandstand in a puddle of water, with my wife and best friend. What an incredible race and great memory. Rossi was sliding the front and rear wheels out of the final turn in full control, lap after lap. Absolute master class. Brilliant.
Teryakiwok I was there in 03 too, I didn't camp but they were great days. I was just trying to remember if it was 01 or 02 when they mixed the two strokes with the then new 4 stroke bikes. The year of the birth of the RCV211v 😊

E anche ora a quasi 40 anni e il primo della sua marca di moto...e per farlo perdere nel 2015 si sono messi in due..ma niente..sempre a contestare..fosse stato francese avrebbe un monumento a piace de la concorde...
On the ‘05 yamaha, he was as dominant as on the Honda. 150point difference at the end. On the yamaha from like 15th to 2nd, on Valencia, his most hated track of all? Talk about destroying every one. Its that he made a mistake on Motegi, couse winning with 6-5 races to go.. the idea that those monsters had no tc or stability and al the other electronics. Just 260bhp over 148kg.
