Each and every member of this exceptional orchestra shows their commitment and joy of performing Telemann’s music. As such they are equally as much a joy to watch, as to listen to and clearly inspire each other and their audience alike.
Holy Teutonic Empire of Musicians. This empire has a levitating knight - Roland. He's alive. He's a Viking. The Vikings split. This is how the order of knights guarding the secret of the Scale arose. When the scale was discovered, the Empire built a temple for the organ. This is the chromatic scale scale. It has a living, magical property - to awaken a feeling of harmonious gravity. All synthesizers do not carry this scale. In 50 years I have not heard a single correctly tuned clavier in the sound of electronic keyboard instruments. except one. I don't remember the brand. very small batch. just a few pieces. You need to practice to this keyboard. then the orchestra will sound. I’ll help you set up the scale on the piano. Officially. The Empire needs this. If possible. This scale must be adjusted in the Temple of Ottone 1. Ottone is a shade. The scale has only one 1 (Odin) Odin is the god of the Vikings. One is Otto. Otto 1. A big compliment to the director of this and your other videos and also to the sound director! The musicians are all very good, but this is known and evident!
Dear Bremen Baroque Orchestra, your music is like soothing balm to a wounded soul. I cannot thank you enough for your impeccable artistry, your fresh and daring approaches (for example, the way you delay cadences at the ends of movements with a suspended 4th resolving slowly to the 3rd via a trill), the cultural diversity of your musicians, and so much more. I wish I was in Germany right now so I could meet you all. I was supposed to be a part of a study abroad music program in Germany in 2003 when I was in university, but I got very ill and was never able to go. Watching your ensemble heals some of the regret that I have for never having been able to study abroad. Greetings from Hawaii - aloha!
Never give up Hary, cause is NEVER too late! If you want some day to visit Germany and make some music with us, you are always welcome (Ars Augusta e.V. society in Görlitz) - what Instrument do you play?
A truly Masterful performnace of this fine work! Those courtly & folkish elements are embraced with such clarity & enthusiasm! Tolle Aufschwung!! ;-> Telemann would e proud of this fine Ensemble capturing these amazing stylistic blends/fusions...not forgetting he was equally a very fine Composer of Operatic works... 20+ for Leipzig, some for Bayreuth, and plenty for Hamburg! Vielseitige Komponist!
There is a delicacy in the playing that is very attractive. The loud passages are never too loud and all instruments are heard. Their style of playing suits the music very well.
I'm really beginning to love this ensemble! I have only recently discovered them, and their approach to this music strikes me as intelligent, informed...and what is more, fresh! The more I hear of Telemann the more I am amazed. He should be promoted to the select circle of the great composers. He is certainly the most adventurous of his Baroque brethren! The folk idiom is embraced by Telemann so often, and masterfully blended with courtly Baroque manners to produce a unique appealing musical persona.
The history of the advent of the era of prosperity is associated with the discovery of the Baroque scale of the chromatic scale of the clavier 4/5 circle. The Baroque scale tones are located in very precise positions. but those who have a third ear (Melanthe), these positions will be able to be installed in the temple of Otto 1, in the back room. There is a piano in it. I hope that the masters who created musical instruments will complete their work in our century and musicians will finally hear the music of G.F. Telemann, combined with the most accurate chromatic range of the Baroque scale. It manifests itself in the sound of the piano. Why not distribute this range for practice in unison with the range performed in the sound of the piano. After all, you must agree that not every violinist or oboist... has a real wind organ at home. Hue - Ottone (in painting there are shades, but in music there is only one (1) shade of temperament - Ottone. There are no other shades in temperament. A large variety of electronic keyboard instruments have different quality ranges). The king of the sacred Teutonic Empire and musicians is this shade - Otto 1. There is alchemy. There is a manner of presenting the subject - alchemy. Order of Otto 1 - alchemical. In those days, alchemy still existed as a recognized science. The secret of alchemy is in shade. Create gold from a metal alloy by adding some medicine. With metals everything is clear. The deception of the alchemical manner of presentation is obvious. But what does the term medicine mean? Otto alone. Odin is the Viking god. emphasis on - O. The Vikings, separated by new knowledge about the existence of a beautiful baroque scale, keep the secret of its proportions.
It turns out that: Medicine, in the Alchemical interpretation, is this shade of the chromatic scale - Ottone. This scale has a magical property. She turns an era into real gold. And therefore: if you tune the piano and distribute the range to the musicians and tuners, then a real miracle will happen and a new era of prosperity will be reborn from eternity. The miracle has already happened. The Empire will learn about him, if in someone else the word “Sacred” has not lost its meaning. We don't know each other. But we are subjects of the Empire. We are the knights of medicine and all its derivatives. We are obliged to tune, in the temple of Otto 1, the piano. Otherwise, the Empire will not develop. And finance (the new world currency) will then sing romances. The Crown needs to be updated. Otto 1, returned with a new gift. The radiogram, or whatever else you call it..., was transmitted. The knight notified the knight. Every knight has other knights among his friends. It is necessary to break through to the Temple administration and explain everything to them. Then they will organize an inspection. Well, they’ll guess it the first time. There will be no need to hold a competition anymore. This scale is a Masterpiece. And in this regard, you cannot do it in one day. It doesn't get set up in one day. Good luck. I am in Paris. +33773878993 (Oisen) Guardian.
So very beautiful, it just soars and the accoustics are responding so fantastically. The music is exuberant, joyful and gentle so well played and never over the top. Thank you for giving so much joy, please keep going ⭐⭐⭐👏👏👏

What a beautiful, uplifting, joyful, and exceptionally well-played (or should I say "well danced?") piece of music from the Bremer Barockorchester. Chapeau!
I don't mean to start any arguments but as I understand that Bach may be one of the greatest composers of the period, I seem to connect better with Telemann. There's something quite expansive about his music that seems to achieve something similar to latter periods of music such as the romantic period. Maybe that makes no sense but I love Telemann as well as these musicians.
It was called this by the then famous Dresden violinist, orchestra leader and composer, Johann Georg Pisendel because it has quite a few unusual musical features. Pisendel was much admired by Telemann and other composers, who dedicated violin works to him. He was also in the orchestra that Telemann founded, Collegium Musicum.
I looked at the score on IMSLP, it really doesn't specify what instruments it should be played on. But the strings are more than doubled, anyway. And how many continuo instruments are in this version? So it sounds just fine as is.

By far my favourite period ensemble! Please keep doing what you’re doing

Muchas gracias.
Thank you very much always! Incredibly beautiful 😍💕🌷🌹

Muchisimas gracias por brindarnos esta magnifica pieza
Interpretação de qualidade: clareza, sonoridade, articulação e dinâmica, integração de partes, leveza!

Thank you so much =)
Fantastico!🎉
soooo in love
Bravissimi!
Amazing
Interesting piece, receptive performance ... and wonderful tone of the (transitional?) recorder.
Saludos a Felipe Egaña , desde Chile ! ❤
Vielen Dank an das Bremer Barockorchester. Sie spielen so tolle Barock Musik.

Telemann eben.
Woah baroque piccolos and soprano recorder in the last movement?!?!?
Telemann rules!
It seems that the temperature is low ... But the music is hot !
This should be in the dictionary under the word music.
Does anyone know why this piece is called "La Bizarre," and was it the composer's title, or applied later?
It was called this by the then famous Dresden violinist, orchestra leader and composer, Johann Georg Pisendel because it has quite a few unusual musical features. Pisendel was much admired by Telemann and other composers, who dedicated violin works to him. He was also in the orchestra that Telemann founded, Collegium Musicum.
An outstanding interpretation. However, the flute and recorder are uncalled for in this suite - the strings are just enough
I looked at the score on IMSLP, it really doesn't specify what instruments it should be played on. But the strings are more than doubled, anyway. And how many continuo instruments are in this version? So it sounds just fine as is.
Ha! i especially like it BECAUSE of the flute and recorder, which add a lively texture. (But then I am a recorder player.)
