    This is how to output the ATEM Mini Pro to two monitors. When I live stream with the ATEM Mini Pro, I like to have a studio monitor in front of me and another to my side. Since the ATEM Mini Pro only has one HDMI output, this is how I output the ATEM Mini Pro to two displays at the same time. #ATEMMiniPro #Howto

    Oh, next challenge: How to connect two monitors, but with multiview on only one of them and fullscreen video out on the other one? It could work via the USB-C out, but it is a webcam signal. Is there any hdmi adapter anyway?

    • @IrixGuy
      @IrixGuy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great question! So the ATEM Mini Pro (current model at least) only has one output. With the current firmware/hardware, I'm not aware of a way to accomplish that. Within ATEM Mini Control software, you can choose to make certain views full-screen but there is not a way to make one monitor show something different from the other. What you might try is connecting a splitter to the video camera. Send one to "CAMERA 2" on ATEM MIni Pro and the other to "HDMI INPUT" on one of your monitors. In theory, that monitor would show the camera's video output. Then connect your second monitor to "OUTPUT" on ATEM Mini Pro to display multiview.

    Is it possible to use the Atem Mini Pro to transmit the screens of 2 laptops to a projector, so that both displays can be projected onto a screen simultaneously?

    • @IrixGuy
      @IrixGuy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could connect one laptop to HDMI 1 on ATEM and second laptop to HDMI 2 on ATEM. You could then play around with the keying within ATEM Software Control to position both screens as desired.

      @IrixGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is a long cable. My guess is that you may be having signal issues. Test with a four foot or so cable to ensure that the unit is working. If so, you’ll probably want to look into HDMI signal boosters. There are also HDMI over CAT5E or CAT6 for these types of scenario. I’ve found that HDMI cables over 25 feet or so start to experience signal loss.

    Hello friend, I need you to help solve this problem with my PC display of secondary monitor showing on the ATEM display. The after changing GPU compatible with Windows 10 and doing all updates, the secondary won't show up on the multi-display of the ATEM Switcher when connected via HDMI. When extended, the primary monitor turns secondary and the secondary becomes primary but won't be seen. My main computer monitor displays the extended plain screen instead of the primary desktop. How do i solve this? I hope i tried to be explanatorily explicit. Thanks bro.

    • @IrixGuy
      @IrixGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think that I may understand what you're asking. What happens if you have two physical monitors connected to your PC? Does extended desktop work (can you drag something between each of the two physical monitors)? Now as a test, what if you unplug the HDMI cable from the back of physical monitor 2 of 2 and then plug that into one of the four HDMI inputs on the ATEM mini pro? Can you still drag someone from your one physical monitor the monitor 2 of 2 that is no longer a physical monitor but is the ATEM Mini Pro?
