There is no way after watching this that you can say he isn't artistic or that he can't play slow. So much emotion was added to this piece by El Estepario that it makes it even better!
El Estepario Siberiano and Lindsey Stirling really brought their A-game to this performance! 🥁🎻 El Estepario's drumming added so much emotion to the piece, and he's a true artist on those drums. It's fascinating how he can blend his skills seamlessly with Lindsey Stirling's violin. The combination is nothing short of magical. And it seems like El Estepario knows how to enjoy his music sessions! 😄🍃🥁
I've seen a lot of his videos and Lindsay Sterling but never this and I think it's now my favorite of his. If you haven't already you should check out The Warning. Drummer Paulina Villarreal is pretty awesome drummer, a great singer, and outstanding at multitasking them both. She's Modern Drummer Magazine's 2023 up and coming drummer. There live at Teatro CDMX show last year is great quality and all songs are on there channel. I recommend "23" or "Dust To Dust" to get started she sings lead on them both.
You are confused about the EAD. The ead comes with a bass trigger and that is. Then it is compatible with up to 6 triggers more, but you have to buy those apart. He never has installed such triggers when he records with EAD. I doubt he could afford them when he got the ·EAD anyways. Btw, he barely records with EAD anymore for a long while.
I like watching your reactions and commentary. Thank you for doing these about El Estepario Siberiano! 2 observations to comment on: 1. The "lights" effect is just a filter, you can tell by the fact the actual lights are still shining and the shadows are still exactly where they should be. 2. He's mentioned in an interview (amazing interview but sadly for most people it's in Spanish) that those are cigarettes he smokes, even though he does smoke weed (although he's recently decided to quit cold turkey), he mentioned that he needs to focus 100% on the drumming and can't have that level of focus when you're smoking a joint. That said, he likely rolls his own cigarettes because at least here in Spain it's a lot cheaper to buy a stack of paper and a big can of tobacco, and this guy is extremely frugal with his money, to the point him and his friends rebuilt not only his own studio, but his entire house, as cheaply as possible.
@@TheSuccessfulHuman -- My pleasure. Oh and if you haven't already checked him out playing a re-mixed version of Thriller by Michael Jackson, you definitely should ✌🏻
when you ask how does he not get smoke in his eyes, it isn't irritating like tobacco, and it appears that he may only be looking at things that move, so nearly closed eyes during the drums, looking at cymbals only
While he plays and practices, he smokes tobacco, saying that he has already finished his practice or session and smokes marijuana to relax, that's what he said in an interview.
Here is my playlist of drum covers! Let me know what songs you want me to play next!! th-cam.com/play/PLaIgAG7r1-gwwsebpqcBvitCNAQ_u_yxa.html
He does not play with a click. And he has no formal training. He is just a walking metronome...

I would never say that!❤️ He’s very capable! Our goal as drummers is to always improve the song with our drumming!

Estepario is an Alien. 😮
He may be. 👽

❤️I own one. This is exactly what I said. It’s just the drum is being triggered only otherwise it’s just microphone compression and EQ. Thank you.
This one is my favorite and Lindsey has her reaction in a short.
Awesome.

Fantastic comment!!! Thank you. 🙏 Being dependent on any outside influence to get to a certain level in your art can be a trap.

And he has speed up this instrumental.
Dedication.
There is one with Stirling watching him then joining in
Cool. I'll check it out.
Joint!!!😂😂😂😂😂
Ok!
its a cigarette, he talks about it in one of his videos of him giving a tour of his home and setup
Thank you. 🙏
inhale through mouth n exhale through nose... no smoke in eyes
Nicely done. :)
Where's the hot chicken from the thumbnail? Huh huh huhhhhh lol
I know. Bummer.

he never smoke a join when he is playing but he smokes grass
Smart
Definitely a joint :)
Edit: I mean, he's open about it
Sounds good. Thank you.
One 1
1?

Believe me it wasn't a cigarette
🙃
What's a click?
A click track is a metronome that the drummer plays along with to keep time with the song.
@@TheSuccessfulHuman NEver see this click in all video of estepario, probably is click coming from other artist that play violin
Here's the big question, what is he smoking? Tranquilo, ¿o que?
Seems like it is most likely tobacco but who knows...
El has so much musicality to his interpretations. I suspect that is not tobacco in that joint.
Ah…. ❤️
