- Shelby is a food thief! Today we headed to Gaylord Michigan to finish up our Christmas shopping, and we stopped to see the Elk. Then Jamie headed out to the farm to pack some trails. I worked on responding to more Christmas cards from you guys. We made dinner and Shelby tried to steal it. Greg found a dog, and then we found it's home. OH and I got glitter everywhere. . . yeah. . pretty much sums up the day! hahaha

I get them every year. I think most people don't even think about how messy they are, just how "pretty" they are. I have glitter in my house everywhere after Christmas. . . yet I still do the card exchange every year hehehe. I can deal with Glitter. . I am just not a fan of it.

Our family dog once stole 3 thighs of raw chicken off the cutting board right in front of my cousin who wasn't paying attention. My mom didn't actually even see it; the only reason we knew it happened was because mom had 9 chicken thighs when she left the room, and when she came back there were only 6.

It would be really funny if someone sent an envelope full of glitter.
Except it wouldn't be funny, and it would be obvious and I would be forced to sadly just throw it away like the Glitter bomb someone already sent. Glitter can be dangerous and if it gets in the dogs eyes, there can be problems. So really. . it's not funny.
Getting on cards is manageable. but if someone sends an envelope full, that's just mean.

You could use some chainlink fence to make a drag. When the snow is wet it might help spread it out and smooth it out. Cheep and worth a try. Spread it out add a little weight, just might work.
