- We found a Dog! Okay, well we didn't find the dog, someone else did, and our neighbor knew that we were the best people to ask for help, so she brought the dog to us to find help. What else happened today, well, it SNOWED! A lot more then it did on Monday! Hopefully this nice fluffy blanket of snow will stick around for a while. It's so white and pretty! Update on the found dog, so far, no one has claimed him. We will let you know what we find out!
Edit: The dog and owner were reunited! He got away from him while he was filling a prescription at the hospital! Happy ending!

it's my family's dog I'm so sorry to find out I was in school and he's super friendly he loves people thank you for reuniting us my Aunt told me she had lost him when they pulled over and he took off but I'm glad you guys helped us find our baby you guys are the best and I love the girls so much 💜💙😭😭 I've missed him so much
poor baby. You guys are so amazing taking him in like that. Most people would turn them away and let him freeze. He would have frozen out there. Hope his owners find him soon.

That's a beautiful black lab you found. My little baby is fox red and we are working on channeling her excitement. Maybe you should adopt the black lab if he becomes available and has no family. It seems like he would get along well in your pack.
He was adorable, bet his owners were so sad when he got lost!
He could belong to a patient in the hospital...please have the humane society check with them...many times dogs will follow the owners by several means when the go into the hospital...thanks for listening.

Terrance Mann That's exactly what my Weimaraner did. When I got hit by a car, she jumped over the 8 foot fence and tracked me down to the hospital. Thank God I saw her running around the outside of the doors. Dogs are extremely loyal to their owners.

As far as the snow on the sign goes, spray the sign down really well with some nonstick cooking spray. It should help keep the ice and snow from accumulating. That or Rain-X.

That dog acts just like my lab/Newfoundland does!! She is always hyper and jumping around us.
Do you think the dogs would like some homemade sweet potato chips cooked in coconut oil? They'd be nice and crunchy, especially if they're extra-thick. (The coconut oil is a must, because it's heart-healthy and doesn't go rancid like most other oils.)

AAAAGGGHHHHH seeing all that snow in Alpena just.... makes me less and less appreciative that I live near Nashville, to say the least. One reason is you don't get that small-town vibe here, another is you don't know your neighbors as well, and yet another is *we hardly EVER get snow!!!!!* That snowstorm you guys are getting up there makes me soooo jealous!!!

He is a young one, but eager to please & smart. He'll make a fine 🙂 youg'n for someone's family. He's gorgeous - sleek, shiny, white teeth, clear-eyed. So in good health. Needs a big yard & a lot of walking. I'd take him if I was in Michigan(I live 1,000-2,000 miles away).

this is the same thing that happened to my dog, which is also a black lab! she was found wondering the streets of Travers city. she was super friendly and people thought she was someone's dog but no one claimed her.

I love black labs I used to have one and they are really hyper when they are younger and their tails are like whips so we trained him to sit on his tail so we can get passed him and not get hit by it
