    Nice video! I’m coming up on one year owning my Vertex upright and it’s a great vacuum. I always feel like the air is so much cleaner after I vacuum. I love using it. It is a bit heavy, but my mom always told me a vacuum isn’t any good unless it’s heavy lol. I’d also much rather have the digital controls like this one rather than the slider, so it could have max suction but still in carpet mode, but maybe it would have too much suction. That’d me my only complaint with it. It definitely lives up to its claim of the most power suction!

    I'm glad you are able to find parts. I was unable to get parts to repair a friend's shark that was 2 year old.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Individual parts are very hard to find unless someone has them on ebay otherwise you have to buy a complete assembly of a component. The newer models they usually have them for. Older designs not so much, regardless of age.

    I’m excited to hear that you have the Upright corded Vortex, the Vortex Cordless Pro, and now the Canister one. These are the top 3 I’m looking at but can’t decide but since you seem to have. Do you have any preference over one another? IF you could only have one, which one do you think you might lean towards? Thanks so much!

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I am still getting a feel for this, so it's hard to say. I like my upright because of the power and maneuverability, though a bit heavy on the hand. I would enjoy the canister more if I hard large open spaces, but my house is kinda crammed without large open rooms so pulling the canister around corners can get annoying, though it's much lighter on the arm than the others. The cordless is very convenient as I can grab as I need it, however since it is cordless, it lacks the suction and agitation power unless on max suction and then the battery drains in about 5 minutes. On medium, you can get about an hour, but it is not deep cleaning like the corded ones do. Cordless are best to supplement a corded machine in my opinion. Hope that helps!

    nice bagless canister, thx for the review. I really like the anti hair tech, something about women with long hair... question though, is the see through cover of the brushes removable? I have a P50 and it can be a pain to clean the see through cover on the inside.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I will say as for the longer human hair, it does build up over time, however the machine is always actively removing it while in use, so you never get enough buildup where it affects the brush bar's performance.

    I was considering to buy this one or Bissell PowerClean Multi-Cyclonic Canister or Miele Boost CX1 Cat & Dog, after watching this video, I am going to get this Shark one, hope I made a right decision, thanks a lot for your video.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Good choice. I would definitely choose this over Bissell and for the money it is a much better value than Miele.

      @@BelLavoroAutoSpa Thanks man for your speedy reply!! You are right, Miele Boost CX1 Cat & Dog seems a bit expensive and still not lifetime HEPA filter.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa

      @@nelsonchow5732 expensive to serivce and repair too. shark's may not be "repairable" but the cost of replacing parts is cheaper than what it would cost to fix something on a miele. miele are really nice but being imported here makes them very pricy.

    You are definitely right about needing to be strong to use this vacuum. It was taking off on its own on the carpet. Do you find that this handle hurts your wrist? I love it..just got it today. I just find that it hurts my wrist to use.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't really have any issues as far as that goes, but I'm a 6 foot tall 230 pound man with pretty good upper body and arm strength. This vac can definitely be too much for people of a smaller stature or with joint problems. I know my mother loves the navigator lift away speed model because it is light weight.

    • @sandyfoster1396

      I recently got this bagless canister to replace an old Kenmore canister (bagged, of course) and I’m small, 5’2” and 105 lbs. and I’m 85y.o!..Love this vacuum! I also own the Shark Vertex corded upright. I find this vacuum easiest to use with no problems to my hand or wrist. I have a 2 story home with deep, shag carpeting throughout (including stairs), except kitchen, ba/rms and entry, which are saltillio (uneven surface) tile and this vacuum, by far, is the best ever, so far, at getting ALL my floors clean with the least amount of effort. Thank you, Shark, for a great designed canister!

    Is cz2005 the newer version? can't find any reviews online! and can I use the big head attachment on sofa and stairs?

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not sure. It may just have a different attachment set. You can use the power head on stairs but it doesn't do well on upholstery the suction is too strong and it tries to pull the cushion into the brush bar.

  • @matthewburno
    @matthewburno 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Do they have an option for a hard floor/straight suction only head to fit onto this model? Sometimes spinning brushes eat the carpets and won't move like shags for example.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not that I am aware of unfortunately. I definitely would not suggest this machine for shag carpeting.

    • @matthewburno
      @matthewburno 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Bel Lavoro Auto Spa thanks for the replay! I'm sure someone could make an adaptor to use a flathead. But if I got this and had shag I'd probably beat the rug.

    • @BelLavoroAutoSpa
      @BelLavoroAutoSpa  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@matthewburno Oh yea I am sure it's possible. Would go with a Dyson if you want to do shag and you can attach the flatout tool for it.

    • @matthewburno
      @matthewburno 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Bel Lavoro Auto Spa thing about Dyson is they don't make a newish one with filters and they are known to clog the cyclones and if you have pets dandruff will probably build up on the cyclones.
