If your running long pulls and getting those suckers hot you should take that wrap off, me and my uncle have both cracked header running these it actually keeps the headers hotter for longer and they have trouble cooling down
It’s meaningless. The temperature influences the natural resonance of the header and you don’t know if it was optimal for the power range you want to maximize, or how to achieve that. And it probably changes with atmospheric changes and mixture. You’re over your head.

I know they’re stainless steel but the amount of corrosion that will be under those titanium wraps your headers will be ruined
