    I'm not criticizing the sled. I have/use the dog sled myself. It's a great workout. In this particular video, the female is using way to much weight for an effective workout. Train not strain. It's clear this women is straining to move the sled and not training. She simply has to much weight on the sled. Also, working out without proper foot wear is a not smart. This video neither instructs or educates.

    Using way to much weight !!!!! A good way to tear Achilles heel; pull a muscle or another injury. Take all but one of those weight discs off and you would have a better workout. I just have to shake my head in a negative manner when watching this video. Train smart.

      We haven't had a single injury from sled pushes to date. Sleds have a long weight stack pole so people can go heavy to build strength. Plus the sleds feet are Teflon on carpet... Making the slide even and efficient.
