    I pulled the trigger yesterday on this...thanks for posting this. Also, for those who think the 15" from the wall might be too close, Rogue has 24" cross members sold in pairs that you can buy separately. I'm keeping that in mind if I get it and find that it's too close.

    One other tip: You can completely assemble the rack (stringers and all) and then have someone help you position it in place before attaching it to the wall. Propping on its feet when securing it to the wall will ensure it’s level. If you're garage floor is slanted, be sure to shim prior to attaching it!

    Thanks for the video Peter. I built my own squat rack 5 yrs ago out of 4 x 4s and its served its purpose but its time to 'slim' down and simplify. Looking to purchase this but was wondering if in the installation instructions if they recommend only installing into studs or is it ok to install into concrete with concrete anchors? I guess I can always email ROGUE but figured I'd see if they made any reference in their install guide when you were installing. Thanks

    • @preis1
      @preis1  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tossed the instructions but I think you're good to go as they have other wall mounted concrete anchor kits. Probably worth reaching out to them at the very least to see if they can send you the anchors with your rack.

    • @Justin.Cramer

    Now iam debating between the RML-90SLIM and the foldable rogue one and the PRX 73" short rack.
    The 90SLIM will fit right between my wall and garage door rails. If I get the foldable one I have to cut like 7" off one of the uprights so I can open it and fold it because of the garage rails. Also the slim is only $320 compare to rlm-3wc or the PRX short 73" which I like too. The only difference I see between foldable and slim is that foldable one , comes in color with numbering on uprigjts and has 21" vs 15" of space between wall and rack...
    I don't plan on folding it ether.
    Don't know what to do been thinking and doing research on these 3 racks for a month, the RML-3WC, the 73" PRX and the RML-90SLIM.

I marked it on floor, then I placed bench against wall, well against foundation lip pretending I was lifting and it looks to me that my arms where reaching way back to grab barbell. However all this was just pretending. It looks like you don't have a foundation lip so u are able to scoot bench all the way back towards wall:)..can u do incline good, do you have any limitations besides not being able to get a spotter back there? Can I get spotter arms for this rack if i decide to get it? I really wanna like this rack cause I will be able to place it behind garage rails.

    Hello, im looking to get this rig but on the website it states that the cross member is 12inches. are your cross members 12 inches? also how much was your grand total with pull u9p bar spotter arms etc? how much did you play for shipping thank you.

      No pull up bar on mine, but ordered with the stringers and SS Ohio ($350) my total was about $900 with $90 shipping, so without the SS Ohio $550ish call it about even because of the PUB addition.

      /@@JB-sq2iy I ordered mine on 08/06/2020 i did the stringers pull up bar cross members the rogue 3 by 3 and the matador lite. after shipping and taxes everything came up to be around $788. I already have some decent barbells so didnt have to spend additional money on that. thanks for the reply sounds like you have a nice set up.

    If I purchase this and add the stringer pair, is that everything I need for install? It states that it doesn't come with the "Monster Lite Rack Wall Mount Kit"...that's an additional $200 and on backorder, do I need that kit for install?

      No - that's for people who want to secure a different rack to the wall. It's basically the same thing as this rack minus the two vertical uprights
