Not the best of recordings - sound is naff. However, this video does reveal why Philip Sayce is so stand alone at the moment. No ties that bind: he's not imitating; he doesn't try to be anyone. He is playing from the heart all the way. I used to be a big Joe Bonamassa fan, I still am I suppose. But I look overJoe's shoulder to watch Philip Sayce
@steve1969pierce If you're the chap with the lovely Asian lady, then yes, I did. :-) Was a brilliant night. It's not too often you get so close to a guitar genius like PS, with his blistering playing a foot from your nose!!!
@AdieJ62 Yes that was particularly unique!!!!!! I love seeing amazing guitarists up close!! Though I haven't ever been so close that I could have fretted his high E with my tongue,,,, I think my lovely lady was even closer,, but lower,,oo'err Misses!!!
